5 people in line and 3 behind the counter with only 1 working. The other playing in his phone. Manager rudely says we can just wait. IBC hates their customers. Closing my accounts

Rude. Never friendly never greeted. Almost never have the money i need at the time, but its a bank.? Everyone looks miserable here. I'd leave names but no one wears a name tag.

Horrible.. Bank opens at 9 and at 930 theres a line of 6 people and tellers sti havent had countter draws counted.. Out loud speaking about how draws arent eve. Counted out rite. All this shod be done before door are even unlocked .. Atm broken also

Every time I go to the bank and have to go inside they make you sit and wait for so long no communication they act like your not important at all it the worst experience you can get from any kind of customer services

Ive been a customer here for many yrs. (Early 2000) I like how the bank treats me anytime I go in. I go online for my balances and transactions. If I need more info I call and everyone Ive spoke to was polite and helpful. Ive been to branches all over OKC, Lawton & even in Galveston TX.

I was sitting in the lane for a good 7 minutes and they left me in silence. They didn't say anything. Pushed the button twice had to call them just to .get my I'd back. The guy on the other end was very rude. Not very professional in my opinion at all. And this is why I don't bank with ibc anymore.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Please tell me how you run out of money and can't give me cash when I ask you to CASH a check. We have banked with IBC for 20 years and will be moving our account Monday. I will NEVER reccomend this bank to anyone.

I've had a prepaid cash card for 3 mnts and have got to use it once. No one can help me load money onto it from my phone I work through there business hrs and it has been explained to me that it is impossible to load the card any other way than through a computer really nice other banks will set your stuff up for you so you can use their services, pretty sure that this is going to push me to another bank
