If you go in to check a car that's already over MSRP and they try to justify adding another 3-4k + that should be a sign to turn around and walk out. The only reason for a 4 stars is because they were able to negotiate a fair price at the end and I ended with a pretty decent deal I'm happy with.

They are quite determined to make contact, whether text, email, or phone call. Their follow up game is continual, however their ability to provide a wide selection of options for me didn’t work, but it was nice to see effort like sending me a video to introduce themselves to me and even the store manager.

I have personally never had an experience there at Kia but I had the pleasure to meet one of there outstanding knowledgeable mechanics. Had some trouble with my car over the weekend and a young gentleman by the name of James assisted us with our car. Such a very smart, hardworking man, and willing to help others! Thank you James! ?

Took my car in for an oil change. I had no appointment. They changed my oil and also did a wheel alignment on my car. I had my new sticker to put on my tags for 2024. They offered to clean the 2023 off and put the 2024 sticker on. They offered and I let them. That was superb customer service for me. When I received my car, it had been washed and vacuumed out. I just love the workers at Lawton KIA dealership.

Update: I do have to say that the service manager, Amanda, called me the day after I posted this to apologize and I appreciate her prompt response.I give a zero regarding Deborah in the service department. I bought my car there and have had it serviced regularly there for 7 years. At 125,000 miles, my motor locked up. I called the service department and Deborah answered the phone. When I told her that my motor locked up with no warning, her first response was that I must have run it out of oil. I stated no that I had not run it out of oil and that I understood some kia motors were having this issue, which she denied. I asked about the class action settlement regarding this and she told me it wasn’t all motors. I told her that my motor was part of it and she told me the only thing that would have caused a motor to lock up was me running it out of oil and that I’d just have to bring it in to be looked at. I proceeded to tell her no thank you. Called another dealership in Norman, he asked me for my VIN number, which Deborah never did, and he verified my motor was one in the settlement and they have taken care of replacing my motor for me. I will not buy another car nor get service from Lawton Kia again. I’m only 1 customer but I’m 1 customer that has been lost. I do want to say the young man I bought my car from 7 years ago was great though.

feel like dealership took advantage of 100 percent disabled veteran. if I could go, no stars, or negative stars. I would. I went in here in August purchased a car. You know they gave me an extended warranty that said it was free wasn't free. 3700 for that. I wouldn't have paid for it or gotten it. He said it was free and it wasn't. The finance guy rushed me through the paperwork so I didn't see it until I got home. It wasn't free. You don't have to be shady. You could've asked me if I wanted it yes or no this is the price not tell me it's free. Gave me 2000 for my trade-in but sold it for 9500. The day I went in there. My FICA score was 721, cause I can go back and check. for that month. All three credit bureau agencies were 731. I'm getting denial letters from Banks that I would've got approved for. my scores have not been under 700 in several years. It seems shady to misrepresent someone's credit score. for credit. to get them with one of their subprime lenders. when I should've had more options with a 721 FICA, and a 731 credit score not Credit Karma either. That's why I hate going to dealerships. I will never ever ever purchase a car from them again. I'm highly pissed off right now. This pisses me off because bank is hot garbage. called the bank and they didn't even know what my score was. went by the Dealer told them. four letters have been for denial with different scores ranging from 697 to 680. my score wasn't below 700. all three credit agencies, or my FICO not credit karma. buyer beware this dealership is in violation of the consumer protection act, which is a form of fraud. misrepresenting consumers credit to put them with one of your subprime lenders is a form of fraud. they're gonna do their best to stick with one of piece of crap the lender banks. This bank is shady to when you look at how much you owe. It only shows the principal amount of the loan not the interest I've taken plenty a car loans in my life interest always shows in the total amount, and it doesn't for this lender that they're pushing .beware of this dealership.I attached a picture of my FICA score for July 21, 2023 721. purchased August 18, 2023 trans Union, Experian, Equifax, don't update my FICA until the 21st of the month so that score 721 from July still was good when I purchased on the 18th August. Do better. This is ridiculous. buyer beware be cautious shop around. They stuck me with Santander consumer USA when I agreed to one percentage. you call them that's what they say.but they're reporting a 1.5 higher percentage rate to all three credit bureaus without my authorization. The paperwork shows lifelong interest. At one thing you call them. That's what they say, but again they're reporting to the credit bureaus more interest for the life of the loan without your authorization. . I'm going to confer with my attorney today. cause I think that's illegal. This bank has lawsuits pending in 33 states. subprime piece of crap lender With my FICO score picture below should not have had a bank that has 33 states in lawsuits against them . I feel like the dealership is culpable and complicit . Do not use this Bank or this dealership. Both are bad. why are they pushing a Bank That's has lawsuits pending in 33 states pushing a subprime lender with someone that should've had more options with their score. Purposely reporting credit scores to the bank to put you with their subprime lender

Unprofessional at communicating with their clients. Drove nearly an hour yesterday to see a vehicle and it wasn’t there. Set up a time today to view it and again, it wasn’t there. I even messaged the salesman to verify everything today, and wasn’t told it wasn’t going to be on the lot, once again. Very unhappy with their communication in this aspect. I’ve bought tons of cars over the years and never experienced a situation like this, and yes, I always do call to make sure vehicles are there before driving the distance.We will surely be purchasing elsewhere!

Our salesman and finance manager were extremely helpful and kind. They made a very good impression from the start, and worked really hard to get us the car we wanted. They were more than willing to listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with the customer service we had received. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I had emailed Waylan about a 2023 Kia Forte and went in to see him regarding trading in my current vehicle for the Forte. He was tied up when I got there, so he asked Rebecca to help me. She was very pleasant to work with and kept trying to get what I was asking for and we ended up making a deal. Rebecca took me over to wait on my paperwork and checked on me and gave me updates on about how much longer. Waylan also came by to check on me and congratulated me on my new car purchase. He also helped me out setting up the car play and getting my tags off my old car and getting my belongs out also. It was great working with both of them. I would say it was a win win dealing with them both. I am a repeat customer at Lawton Kia and would recommend to my family and friends 100%.

118 for an oil change! Just got done crying my eyes out cuz I asked before how much it would cost and no reply and I know that was a red flag! They just what all your money! They act like they care for you then take all the money you have! NEVER GOING BACK! ?

Just bought this 23 Kia Sorento....go see Waylan Hubbard he is amazing. Straight shooter, very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Extremely polite and is not going to waist your time. 10/10 one of the best car salesman I've worked with.

Horrible at communication. Called three days in a row and showed up after. They gave me the run around and said the vehicle I want is being used as a loaner. I was told it would be back that night and I would get a call. I still never have. They do not return calls and barely respond to texts. I would not waste my time chasing them for a vehicle, plenty of dealerships will be glad to sell you a car!
