My husband and I were looking at a couple of dealerships for a new car and were SO disappointed and discouraged after going to them. At the dealerships we went to before coming here they ignored everything we said and had asked for. So by the time we got here our expectations weren't that high but let me tell you that Legend Driven met every need that we needed and then more. Sean was the seller that helped us and he was so patient with us and answered every question we had. Then Rendell helped us with the paperwork and again was SO patient with us. We absolutely love our new car. I highly recommend Legend Driven.

If I could leave no stars I would. Buyer beware! They sold a friend of mine a truck and within 30 days and less than 2k miles driven, the engine started knocking and consuming a great deal of oil. Of course the car salesmen had previously stated that it was a one owner truck and well taken care of. A reputable mechanic stated that it was a rod knock and would need a major overhaul or engine replacement.

BUYER BEWARE. I went to legend driven mazda and bought a truck. I paid $10,000. I had it less than 60 days. Something major went wrong inside the motor and I does not run anymore. I tried and tried to contact the manager. He would never return my calls. The only way he would even listen to what I had to say was after I put a negative review about them on facebook. He told me if I would take the bad review off. He would either fix the truck or take it to the auction and sell it for me and get my money back. So I took off the bad review. It took him over a week to send a tow truck to pick it up. Then over 3 weeks to have his mechanic took at it. Only to call me and tell me the motor is no good, and he thinks it would be best to just "forget" about that truck and buy another one. Mean while I'm still on the hook for 58 more payments. Not only does he have the nerve to tell me to let the truck go into repo. Because he will SELL me another. BUT now my credit is bad so he wants a co signer!! I kno vehicles break down from time to time. But when I buy a truck for over $10,000. Put your self on the line for 60 payments. I kinda expected it to last more than 60 days! Bottom line, they knew there was something wrong with this truck. And they unloaded it on me, because I am an older female. And they thought they could get away with it. Then try and rope me into buying from them again. HELL NO! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I had the worst expierence I have ever had buying a vehicle. First off the car I came to look at was not even on Mazdas parking lot it was down the street but ok they work together but then after I got to look at the car I decided to buy it and the young man helping us was nice but it was the sales manager that was very unpleasant and I asked why my cedit was ran 9 times and he gives a paper about it only effects your credit once but thats a lie ,my credit dropped over 20 points! Then he was trying to charge me a thousand more than the price advertised on the website so I called him out on it and showed him the website and he said he didnt know. A sales manager should know that information right ? Then he dropped the price and said it was bare bones price , you didnt know the sale price how would know the bare bone price ! I bought this for my 70 year old mother and not for myself so I just wanted something nice for her and Todd made it horrible. Then i had to call to see where my title was since the dealer tag is almost out. Why do I have to call to get my paperwork they didnt waste time cashing my check Very disappointed very bad customer service
