The assistant manager, Joe, is unprofessional, rude and not knowledgeable at all. I had to return a washing machine that I had less than a year and when I went to get the replacement they couldn't even find the washer that I returned. I was asked to come back at a later time when a different employee was there because no one there knew what was going on! I went back later that day, ordered the washer and delivery was set up for the next day ( at this point I had been without a washing machine for almost a month due to dealing with the manufacture warranty!). My washer was never delivered and when I called the store they never actually ordered the washer!!! They couldn't reorder the washer or refund my money! The assistant manager hung up on me and then told me he didn't have to help me when I called back. He also lied and said he had the washer at the store and when I told him I would just come pick it up then he couldn't find it, and it wasn't in the store. He told me there wasn't anything he could do and it would have to wait until the manager was in the next day!! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, rude, unorganized situation in my life! I highly recommend going to Home Depot or somewhere else local before you take your chances with the Lowe's in Lawton OK! The service is terrible and the management is even worse! I can't post the review without a star, but if there was an option for no stars that's what I would give them!! Zero Stars!!!

Went to Lowes on 9/17/2023 and had a horrible experience. I am handicapped and in the process of lung transplants. I asked not only many individuals that worked there for some help loading materials with ALL stating that is not their department. After many attempts to get anyone to help for an hour, I finally asked for the manager, after approximately another hour waiting on the manager which never showed, a good Samaritan customer helped load the materials for me. When at checkout line asked again to speak to the manager, come to find out, the assistant store manager was actually the same person I was asking if he could or if he could get someone to help load the materials which turned a blind eye to a handicapped person in need. When I confronted him at the check out line , his response was, well you did finally get a customer to help you load things didn't you? UNBELIEVABLE and certainly unbecoming of anyone that has been put in a position of authority.. This store needs a serious leadership change as his attitude has went viral through the entire store. Left and went to Sutherlands and had a total different experience with respect, compassion and a true caring environment for their customers and had all the help I needed and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Will NEVER go back to Lowes in Lawton ever again!

Update Yelp to include closing time of 9:00 PM on Tuesday... I arrived at 9 to find them locking the doors. Yelp said they are open until 10:00 PM

The Lawton Oklahoma Lowes doesn't deserve a star. Absolutely the worst customer service . Not one Associate here knows the stores business. The manager told me it was miss communication. Well.... let's see.... Miscommunication typically comes from just one employee, not a total of 5 employees over a 2 week period. It's not Miscommunication it's a management issue if your Associates don't have the knowledge and tools to do their job properly. Any way.... my order was canceled and I was refunded my money. Thank God for Home Depot! They got that refund from Lowe's and I got a better deal on a refrigerator.

Waited almost 2 hours for someone to get shelving off the shelf! I don't get paid for standing around their store like the employees do! If ANYONE in town would have had the $1600 worth of shelving I was looking for I would have left! Whoever lowes manager is definitely needs to step up the game because I'll go elsewhere from now on and I spend alot of money in that store!!

Who closes on a Sunday when people are at home doing projects?!?! This is the first Lowe's I have seen do this, whoever made that decision should be not allowed to make any more decisions about anything.

I used to be a die hard Lowes customer. Thanks to Lawton, I will avoid Lowes from now on.When our freezer broke last year, we went to Lowes to take advantage of their Zero Percent financing to help us with the unplanned expense. After countless phone calls and complaints to the Lawton Store, corporate Lowes, and finally Synchrony... I do not have no interest financing. I am sure it is my fault for not reading every line when I signed, but I trusted the clerk was setting up no interest financing as I requested.When the first item we ordered showed up in Altus (deliveries only come to our town 1-2 times per week), the drivers claimed no one was home when they arrived. We have three dogs that bark at anything that comes in the yard and the family was downstairs. The driver has a picture of our house as proof they were there, but I do not believe they actually came to the door to knock.... I can accept maybe the dogs didn't bark and we didn't hear them knock.When the items were finally delivered, they brought them in the house and then explained to me why they could not remove the plastic pallet under the freezer. I asked a few times, but the installer said a coworker had lost their job for scratching someone's floor and he refused to remove the packaging. Removing this was no small task for me. I had to tilt it back and hold the heavy upright fridge and upright freezer while explaining to my teenage daughter how to remove the pallet. As an added bonus, the bolts holding the pallet required a five point star screw driver (I know, not the right term). I had to go to the local store and purchase the right tool. When I complained to Lowes, they acknowledged they have trouble with the delivery company and yet they continue using them?The icing on the cake. My delivery fee included hauling off my old appliances. The delivery company had no paperwork allowing them to haul off the appliance. It sat in the alley behind my house for days, leaving me liable if anything happened with it, until they could get someone out to pick it up.I paid for these appliances months before they arrived, as expected with today's COVID policies. The freezer did not even work when it arrived. Nothing about this experience was positive and Lowes only made excuses. If you need something from Lowes, go to OKC or Wichita Falls is my recommendation.

We purchased a freezer. The delivery man (Matt) was not helpful. We had to purchase a 3-prong adaptor til we get an electrician here. So Matt shoved the freezer into place. The electric cord was still wrapped & tucked into the bottom of the unit. My husband had to use a dolly to pull it out to plug it in. Now I'm trying to find the serial number. Guess what? Lowe's finally answered me after a day of calling & being put on hold AND, we have to pull the freezer out again!! I'm writing my complaint on Yelp because I couldn't find a way to complain directly to Lowe's. The only answer I got was, "we're sorry". I asked for the delivery/install man to come move the freezer, he didn't install anything!!! We are senior citizens. This isn't right!!!! Guess I'll go to another vendor now!! Bye bye Lowe's!!!!
