“Fantastic service. Very thorough and understanding. Extremely knowledgeable of products and variations. Listened to our preferences provided options to meet the need. We had a mattress for 8 years and filed a warranty claim. Dip in mattress various ares 3/4 to 1 in. Declined for slats on bed which were metal and on top of them was the box springs purchased with the mattress. Pictures provided on claim showing box springs still solid coils no broken slats. We were going to another mattress company and close our account but Ryan renewed our faith even if we don’t believe in corporate or your warranties. No response to our inquiry. Makes me wonder how small the number of approved warranties are done. Never did one in 40 years so non believer of what is quoted. Again Ryan above and beyond. Didn’t rush us but always available for question. Went from never using mattress firm to spending $6000. He’s a keeper”
“This morning I went in to find a mattress, I told the gentlemen what i was wanting and what my budget was, after showing me many beautiful beds i found the one i really wanted. it was a fast and easy process, they also offer delivery which i was happy about, also i can’t say enough good things about how this process was for me, after going through so many different stores and treated poorly this gentlemen was so kind and patient with me.
