I started my contract with them in Feb of 2024 I have not had any issues. My unit was clean upon my arrival and any time I have questions or need assistance they are readily available and willing to help. .

Storeline storage is a great facility. They also have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Nellie is especially helpful and attentive. 100% recommend!

Yes the buildings, doors etc. are a little dated and used BUT I had my stuff there for 2 years without problems of theft or water damage. I was able to get in when I needed to and customer service was very good. Thank you!

HEY EVERYBODY PAY ATTENTION!!!!!
I had to move out of my apartment at the last minute, this place is a lifesaver!!!! They helped me with a storage unit to put away my whole life so I could go back to Texas and have a funeral for my dad!!! It was the worst time of my life, I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for this place. Mrs Johana is always sweet and willing to help!!! If anything happens call them I promise it's worth it!!!!!!!
