“The first person I spoke with at the Lawton location gave me an 800 number to call. When I called that number I reached a representative in Florida. That person was rude and mean, even hateful and had me in tears by the end of the call. I felt traumatized.
I called the Lawton office back and spoke to Amanda. She was very nice, polite and caring. And is working towards fixing the situation that I am having issues with.
The main office in Florida is terrible.
The Lawton office was great so far.”
“Was looking at stand up beds online for my father who is now officially older than dirt but still younger than water. Ended up seeing the address of this place as one of the providers of this equipment and used google earth street view to find them. Service was quick and direct didnt have to jump through hoops they gave us a good price on the bed and delivered it the next day. The bed has been a big help in getting my father on his feet in the morning. Thankyou much we appreciate you.”

“Dr. Stieb is very thorough and personable! He doesn’t make the patients feel rushed through the exam, and takes the time to double check the prescription is perfect before sending you on your way. Sometimes the wait in the waiting area is a little long, but I really don’t mind it if it means I’m getting a great eye care experience. Definitely recommend Eye Care on Gore!”
