I have been a Metro customer for several years and my go to place for purchase, problems, questions has always been the store west of Sheridan on Gore Blvd. My daughter's Metro phone would not let her send texts for yesterday and she didn't realize she had a problem until today. She is super busy right now, just bought a home, works full time and having some health/stress issues. She seriously needed her phone to work properly at this critical time. She had 30 minutes today to go into a Metro store and see if it could be fixed before a doctor appt and then go to work at Ft. Sill. I called Kristen(?), whom has helped me numerous times, to ask if there was anything else we could try to get her phone to work. Kristen said have my daughter call her. My daughter did and Kristen walked her through how to fix it. My daughter was so relieved to get her texts out again. Kristen has always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and today she was outstandingly great and we are so grateful.

Terrible terrible customer service workers are very rude and disrespectful and they do not answer the phone for hours

i got to this location at 920 am for a simple upgrade to my wifes phone. the poor guy working was doing his best he had 2 customers in front of me and about 8 behind me and alot of people came in and simply left .. the guy did his best and i give him 5 stars i finished my simple upgrade at 1020 one hour later. whomever makes the schedule at this store should be fired as its very obvious that you need two people to open and run this busy location.. theyay be trying to save labor but they lost at least 8 customers in the hour i was there while making people wait unreasonable times for simple service. bad experience if metro had a corporate office still i sure would call and report this location. That poor employee i truly feel for him

I have been with Metro for 12 years and not since recently have I questioned my service with them. Please do not work with Venky, he does what he pleases with your account and will try to make it sound good. I get it, we choose if we want things or not. But being pressured isn't very professional. Metro now, takes matters in their own hands instead of listening to the customers wants and needs. If anything, they want to upcharge so they can have a good check. Quite disappointing.

Visited store last weekend and was not pleased at all with the service given I was actually annoyed by the time I left. I have been with Metro for almost 6 years now and this is the first disappointment. First off the gentleman I dealt with was more concerned it seemed about making a sell then trying to make sure I was happy with the service and when does anyone try to make a sell and the price gets higher and higher every time. SMH. Any who left the store with an internet box and was still without internet this entire time. Thinking about switching.

Horrible experience today. Went in today to see what I could do about an upgrade, mind you I have had the same phone for 5 years. The lady in there was extremely rude. She stated I should go somewhere else for cheaper. Like what? What kind of sales person speaks like that. I said well I guess I can go through boost. Her reply….”go do that then”. So I ordered my new phone soon as I got out of there :) from boost of course
