The staff is great, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the day on the progress of my truck and had it ready for me in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles there for my service and maintenance needs.

Service desk staff is always pleasant and professional. However, 2 things always irritate me when I have my truck serviced there.
1. Why do they schedule an appointment at a specific day and time when they may or may not get to my vehicle that day?
2 Why am I getting charged a credit card fee when I am using my GMC credit card?

A beautiful experience. Mary, the saleslady, was friendly, very professional, knowledgeable and considerate - an asset to your company. I was impressed by the amount of information she possessed since she is a fairly new salesperson.

Actually I would love to give you're a little bit of what I went through. I spent $90 to get my car towed to your place Southwest Buick. It took them a couple of days before they even figured out whose car it was or what was going on because apparently the tow truck did not leave them any information. Then when they did get it I talked to someone there twice, not the same person. Neither one of them knew where my car was and had to hunt it. When they found it they asked me what was wrong and I told them what it was doing did they listen no! Checked with them a couple of times and they would say a different something about how long it was going to be to get my car fixed. Finally they said it was ready after a week and I went with my sister to pick it up. Drove it around to me in the it was running I got and and the light on the dash was still on, the one they were supposed to fix! From there it just went downhill. I paid for the battery but they didn't fix my problem. I left there with the same problem I took it and for. Say the least this is not the end of the story. I still don't have my problem fixed but I have my car back in the same shape.

Beware of this dealership. If I could give a 0, I would!
From my first visit, the fast-talking sales approach and vague answers were a red flag. I walked out after my second visit, but corporate later contacted me and said they could “match,” so I gave the dealership one more chance.
Huge mistake.
I expected transparency, but instead I got misinformation and misrepresentation. A manager claimed—after “confirming” with another manager—that the factory warranty wouldn’t start until I registered the vehicle. That is not true. They also tried to sell me a demo vehicle with 2,000+ miles for the same price as a zero-mile unit with an inactive warranty.
Before coming in to finalize the deal, I asked for the warranty details in writing. No response. When I arrived, the manager handed the rep a STICKY NOTE with scribbled warranty numbers instead of a real document. When I requested something formal, the manager, while displaying a rude attitude in the presence of the sales rep, my teenager, and me, dishonestly wrote a vague line saying only, “The warranty is good,” and refused to initial next to the actual 5yr/60k and 3yr/36k terms.
At that point, I walked away. Weeks later, the dealership still hasn’t followed up after I sent a message to the GM's email and every number that had previously reached out to me (4, to include corporate).
This raises serious concerns about inaccurate information and misrepresented vehicles. When a dealership is this dishonest just to close a sale, customers risk losing thousands.
Don’t waste your time. Go to OKC or use Carvana. This dealership will fast talk and use every technique just to get a sale (try to add on extras, adding percentages to what the bank actually approved for financing, dishonestly answering questions, etc). If you do consider them, get EVERYTHING IN WRITING (and not on a sticky note..lol) ,double-check EVERYTHING against the manufacturer’s website, and let ChatGPT help you verify the rest.

I took my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD for its first service. The first service is for an oil /filter change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection with fluid top offs as need. Upon return of my vehicle I noted that there was no mention of the tire rotation or multipoint inspection on the ticket. Because when I brought it in, my TPS sensors all read different with the front tires lower than the back. I knew they had not touched my tires. I confirmed they had not been rotated because the ABS computer should relocate the sensors in a block or two. TPMS sensors proved they didn’t rotate the tires. The tires had no smudges and the lug nuts were undisturbed. I called the service advisor after doing home to Elgin and he asked the mechanic if he rotated the tires and he lied and said he did. I asked him if checked tire pressure. No he admitted and that is how he got nailed. The service advisor mumbled a bit, the decided to have in. I think it was at that moment he realized the tech lied. I had to go back to get them rotated. I got no apology or offer of a coupon or anything. It was all handled very coldly and awkwardly. I asked for a copy of the service ticket but the service advisor refused. I asked for a. copy of the inspection and he refused. He said it is their policy not to include those items because it is standard. It’s hard to prove when they don’t rotate your tires. I have gone so far as to place secret marks on the tires to see if they rotated them. The practice of not rotating your tires is rampant all over the U.S. They charge $20 to $50 To rotate…then they take your money but no rotation. Mark your tires people!
If I can’t trust Southwestern GMC trust them with little things, they will never see me again. I would give one star, be they were running behind and gave is a loaner.
