Her computer was glitching out and causing problems but she did a great job at getting the issue resolved and sending me on my way as a happy customer. Definitely recommend this store for all your needs and recommend boost to give that girl a promotion with a raise for her top notch customer service and problem solving abilities”

“I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.”
