I completely messed up my phone downloading unnecessary apps that were causing my phone to act up. She showed me how to delete them and she went even further to help me clean my phone and clear more storage. I never have any issues when I go in. She is always helpful.”
“I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.”
