“Axel was awesome! He was super funny and really knew how to make getting a new phone feel less stressful, he also helped me pick out a SICK new phone case to go with it!”
“I heard about a new plan for senior citizens so I came down to talk to an associate
The associate was very helpful and friendly.
When I asked about the plan .
I was told there is but it would slow down my data plan . And loose most of my hot spot.im having an issue with voicemail they said they were unable to fix . Will have to go somewhere else to fix.
What I was told was nothing would change from another sorce a area rep of att .
So whats the truth ???
I travel alot and use alot of data for work and more .
Overall using att cellular is better than what I have had in the past and better coverage. Very little dropped calls ans slow speeds on data”
“I had a great experience at this store with Ami and Crystal after my phone was damaged from water. I came in stressed out and needing a replacement. What really stood out was their patience. I don’t always understand everything right away, and in other stores I’ve felt rushed or overlooked. Here I never feel that way—they make sure I understand each step and answer all my questions without making me feel like a burden. I love Boost Mobile and the employees!”
“Sierra and the other lady I forgot her name I think Michelle or something like that. They were very courteous and took their time with me when I went to buy a new phone.”

“I have been a AT@T Coustomer for 40 years. I have never received such wonderful experience and service as I got on 8/31/2026. The young gentleman named Ethan L. helped me with my issue and was one of the nicest AT@T employee I have ever met. I will tell all of my friends and family members about my experience. Thank you AT@T.”
