“Tim is the best customer service guy around period. It doesnt matter the issue big or small he gives it his all. Hes always found solutions to my problems.
He treats everyone with such respect, everytime ive been in there whether busy or slow He always treats the customer like they are not a bother. Which is rare, 99% of places you go to people act like its a problem to do their job. Not here.

The associate was very helpful and friendly.
When I asked about the plan .
I was told there is but it would slow down my data plan . And loose most of my hot spot.im having an issue with voicemail they said they were unable to fix . Will have to go somewhere else to fix.
What I was told was nothing would change from another sorce a area rep of att .
So whats the truth ???
I travel alot and use alot of data for work and more .
Overall using att cellular is better than what I have had in the past and better coverage. Very little dropped calls ans slow speeds on data”

My voice mail never worked after T Mobile bought out US Celluar, but Kayla was tenacious, she kept working until she fixed the problem that 23 other T Mobile Tech support people could never do, even though she was extremely busy helping other customers. She was very patient with me and did not give up.Great job Kayla!”
