“I ended up assisting a group of six gentlemen with getting new cellular services plans set up on the Ides of March, and I expected a nightmare. It was, surprisingly, smooth as silk thanks to Ms. Tonnesha J. She was able to not only take care of all six men with decidedly different expectations while not neglecting other customers all by herself. At this time, I do not have Cricket, but if their plans are as good as their customer service, count me in at my next re-up.”
“Service was great. Chad took care of me and had me in and out in less that 15 minutes, and that's even working with one arm. The fact that he was in an accident this morning and still managed to come into work is amazing. Super surprised that upper management even let him come in to work. This man needs a rise because he is not getting paid enough for what he does or has to put up with.”
“I just left the store after being in their for over an hour. The woman that works in there is so patient with me. I am completely clueless on how do use my phone. I completely messed up my phone downloading unnecessary apps that were causing my phone to act up. She showed me how to delete them and she went even further to help me clean my phone and clear more storage. I never have any issues when I go in. She is always helpful.”
“I have been a Metro customer for several years and my go to place for purchase, problems, questions has always been the store west of Sheridan on Gore Blvd. My daughter's Metro phone would not let her send texts for yesterday and she didn't realize she had a problem until today. She is super busy right now, just bought a home, works full time and having some health/stress issues. She seriously needed her phone to work properly at this critical time. She had 30 minutes today to go into a Metro store and see if it could be fixed before a doctor appt and then go to work at Ft. Sill. I called Kristen(?), whom has helped me numerous times, to ask if there was anything else we could try to get her phone to work. Kristen said have my daughter call her. My daughter did and Kristen walked her through how to fix it. My daughter was so relieved to get her texts out again. Kristen has always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and today she was outstandingly great and we are so grateful.”

“I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.”

Russel (who was helping out from another store) & Chad spent 2 days with us cleaning up an account & changing a number- all they got out of it a case & an accessory! If I saw us the 2nd day, I would’ve run!! But Chad cheerfully & patiently helped us again! That Verizon store truly is an experience store!”
