“This is the location I totally prefer. I've been to the other location on Lee Blvd. And they were rude and acted like my coming in was an inconvenience to them. They were too worried about visiting with a friend of theirs parked out in a car in the parking lot. That was years ago. But that one experience deterred me from going back there to that location, even if it was closer. I went to the location on Gore and have gone there ever since. The guy Tim is very professional and has always been there. Nice to see a familiar face when u go to a place for a service that is vital to yr everyday living experience involving communicating with the world. But this last time, Tim was busy assisting other customers so his co-worker (forgive me for not remembering his name) helped me. He was awesome. I would say that his professionalism and niceness was a breath of fresh air becuz in my ignorance I didn't think anybody could be as good as Tim in giving me a nice experience with wanting to get a phone. Maybe Tim trained him very well. Maybe he has a natural gift for just making folks feel comfortable. But those two guys together running that store are, in my opinion, a total asset to the Assist Wireless company. These gentleman deserve recognition for being so awesome, patient, and helpful. I hope this review helps in making them known to Assist for helping them do what their business is designed to do. Assist Wireless, yr lucky to have two great people working for you. “Excellent customer service at this particular store. Alexis helped me, she was very friendly and helpful. Her computer was glitching out and causing problems but she did a great job at getting the issue resolved and sending me on my way as a happy customer. Definitely recommend this store for all your needs and recommend boost to give that girl a promotion with a raise for her top notch customer service and problem solving abilities”

“I have been a Metro customer for several years and my go to place for purchase, problems, questions has always been the store west of Sheridan on Gore Blvd. My daughter's Metro phone would not let her send texts for yesterday and she didn't realize she had a problem until today. She is super busy right now, just bought a home, works full time and having some health/stress issues. She seriously needed her phone to work properly at this critical time. She had 30 minutes today to go into a Metro store and see if it could be fixed before a doctor appt and then go to work at Ft. Sill. I called Kristen(?), whom has helped me numerous times, to ask if there was anything else we could try to get her phone to work. Kristen said have my daughter call her. My daughter did and Kristen walked her through how to fix it. My daughter was so relieved to get her texts out again. Kristen has always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and today she was outstandingly great and we are so grateful.”

The fact that he was in an accident this morning and still managed to come into work is amazing. Super surprised that upper management even let him come in to work. This man needs a rise because he is not getting paid enough for what he does or has to put up with.”

“I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.”
