“I had an issue with the checkout—not the cashier but with how the new point system works. You converted my points then canceled them. I thought once the points switched I a year to use them. Image my shock when I asked to use my points and they said I didn’t have any!!!! I lost $35 from the app and I had to pay $30 for my stuff. This was very upsetting”
“I been coming here to petsmart 2012 my groomer awesome only problem I have with petsmart is they keep going up grooming price . The company need to advise there grooming customers they are going up on the price steady when it time pay I noticed the price change I started paying for my dog around 36.00 dollars then it went up around 46.00 dollars then now is 48.00 dollars after my military discount. Petsmart need to tell there customers when they going to change their price. When I try to call home office no one answer. So I had tell the manager at store what going on with the price. Petsmart should be lucky I like my grooming she do great job on my dog .I could went somewhere else but I didn't because I like Petsmart please do better give your customers heads up about your prices thank you”
“Last year was my first year using VetCo and I was nervous. My dog is my baby and I wanted to make sure he would be taken care of. Last year was great. This year not so much. The vet was a little rough and half the medicine didn’t make it into my dogs mouth. He was so uncomfortable and the vet didn’t stop to let him calm down before continuing. It was a little worrisome but maybe it was a bad day or something.”
“I bought the wrong size hat and the lady at the counter let me pick a better fitting g hat and easily exchanged it for me without a single hassle. It took me longer to pick a hat put than it did to do the exchange. 10/10 and I plan on coming back very soon!”
“I was trying to pick up a dog for another Animal Rescue but instead of being thankful I had the feeling as if I would be the one surrendering an animal. I was not able to get a dog because they said they couldn't find that Rescue. Asking me would have helped.”
