Went there for an oil change. Hours are from 8-2 on Saturday.
Arrived at 1:00 with one person waiting.
I was told they couldn't do the oil change because they had no time.
If the hours are from 8-2, and a customer arrives before 2, then that customer should be taken care of period.
If a customer walks in at 1:59, then that customer should be taken care of period.
2:00 doesn't mean the time for the maintenance guys to go home, 2:00 means that you take care of customers up until 2:00.
Change your hours if you all want to be out of there by 2:00.
An oil change doesn't take that long, they had 2 open bays and a full staff.
What is going on with the customer service department there???
Very disappointed again.
Not to mention, I had an appointment 2 weeks prior and they said an oil change was due, but they didn't do it then either. That was 10:00 am on a Friday. Everybody wanted to go home for the weekend I guess. 🤷 😕
New Motto:
Screw the customer, I want to go home.

Only 2 technicians are working on the weekend. Took over 3 hours for an oil change and rotate/balance. Not so quick.

Very fast at what they do, with the knowledge of Ford Techs and the parts from the main Ford dealership. Great prices if you do an Oil change/ tire rotation combo. Have some essentials inside the waiting area I.e coffee

Absolutely do not waste your money here. Just took my vehicle in for the works oil change lube inspection tire rotation etc and these incompetent service texts left me with a nail in my tire did not fill up the windshield washer fluid who knows what else they miss that I won't find until later I will never use this service shop again and I suggest anybody on Lawton with a brain that cares about their money avoid this place at all costs!
