“My daughter went here when she was a baby and she was learning sign language and many other things. They would send home daily reports as to what she ate how many times she used the restroom down to the time she even slept. They are monitored on cameras so it made me feel secure with her being safe. Now I have a three month old her little sister and I'm hoping I can get her a spot there as well soon. Keep up the good work.”
“This is NOT the child support or child welfare office. They are in separate locations. The folks here are a small team of caseworkers who still meet people face-to-face for SNAP, daycare subsidies, and ABD Medicaid applications.
Most caseworkers telework, but these folks serve people who have issues with internet or phone access. They're compassionate and hard working, but wait times can be high occasionally because they're operating with limited in-person staff. Also be aware that this office doesn't have a phone line: OHS' phone lines are all centralized now, so it's the statewide number only.”
“My kids have been going here since the 4th of March and so far I have zero complaints. The staff is very nice and understanding. I think my boys (twin 1yr olds) are "in love" with one of their teachers/care takers lol.”
