Shirley's Nails provides great service and quality work in a time effective manner. The staff is talented and crazy fun, especially for nail art. They can do any design, including acrylic nails, 3D art, gems, and characters. They also keep eyebrows flawless. They go above and beyond to make clients feel special, doing a good job even for children. Highly recommended.
