Bought shoes for kid 5min before close. Shoes didn’t fit. Came back at opening. Wouldn’t take my return. Didnt get a receipt in bag at time of purchase. Now im out $40 for nothing and my kid won’t get new shoes for awhile. Never buying from Shoe Encore again. It should be very easy to verify what was the last transaction of the night the next morning.

Great store on Sheridan. I received immediate assistance. The shoe I wanted wasn't available in their store, so they found it at the Norman location. The store was called, and the shoe was put on hold for me. Excellent customer service!

I went looking for under Armour, they only had one pair with a lot of black /pink. I don’t like pink, so I bought a pair of sketchers I questioned the The high arch in the shoe because I have a horrible Bunyan, she said it would be good for the bunion. It would support it, well, it’s not her fault, but we had a discussion for a few minutes. They are horrible … my feet hurt so bad , I only wore the shoes twice outside for maybe 30 steps and I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes I cannot return them,so now I own a pair of shoes that I can’t ever wear , it would’ve been easier for her to say she did not know she was not sure instead of trying to promote me to buy them. The shoes will never be worn .
