I went looking for under Armour, they only had one pair with a lot of black /pink. I don’t like pink, so I bought a pair of sketchers I questioned the The high arch in the shoe because I have a horrible Bunyan, she said it would be good for the bunion. It would support it, well, it’s not her fault, but we had a discussion for a few minutes. They are horrible … my feet hurt so bad , I only wore the shoes twice outside for maybe 30 steps and I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes I cannot return them,so now I own a pair of shoes that I can’t ever wear , it would’ve been easier for her to say she did not know she was not sure instead of trying to promote me to buy them. The shoes will never be worn .

The customer service was excellent an the staff members are very helpful in helping find my 11monthold some baby shoes an my fiance some nice sneakers because he's a big sneaker fan so I appreciated you guys customer service thank you.

It says they have name brand converse witch is true if you're a 2 month old infant. I suggest not to go here for converse.staff was amazing!¹

Purchased a bag there. I don’t know why, it was ugly. Anyways, I go to return it and the lady working at the front just had such a bad/poor attitude. She was kind the first time around but was a rude as could be the second time including rolling of the eyes with her fellow employee when I walked in, showing displeasure in returning my item, then when I noticed that she didn’t refund my tax, I called and was hung up on before I was finished speaking, then when I came up to receive the remainder of my refund, she walks to the door before I’m even in the building and hands me cash instead of putting it back on my card. I proceeded to ask her if she minds if I come into the store since she met me at the door like I wasn’t welcome. It was so unacceptable, I had to leave. Not sure if she is having a bad day or what, but terrible customer service today. I will not be back nor sending people their way like I have before. I would hate for one of my patients, family, or friends to ever experience bad customer service with something as simple a buying shoes. Update: I spoke with the District Manager Cathy and I now understand why the feel comfortable to act the way they do. She was just as unprofessional and had just as much as an attitude. It took everything in me not to send her my DMIT book so she could go back over customer relations and problem solving as a district manager. I hope you all record calls so you can hear how unprofessional you’re district leader is. Terrible representation of leadership.

I went online and was able to see if the shoes I was wanting were available. I went in the store and they had the exact ones with a fantastic price and the man that helped us was extremely helpful and nice. I love Shoe Dept
