If I could give no stars I would. My car has been in possession of solutions auto for 2 weeks if not more. Waiting for it to be worked on. I just got it back and my check engine light is STILL ON. I’m confused on why this company couldn’t call n me to tell me that something else was wrong with it so I could approve it (like they said they would). they just ignored the issue and gave it back to me. The vehicle BARELY wants to drive right. Not only did they charge me $2,000 for the work and kept the car I’m PAYING on for weeks. I just find it insane that something else is an issue and they don’t have the professionalism to communicate. Seems like a slum dealership to me. I have never been late on payments. I pay there insane prices. But yet get treated poorly by Kevin and the lady at the Lawton office. Joe the owner clearly does not care about the cars he puts people in or values the customers that they have. Now just another issue they will want to me pay another arm and leg for. If I am paying on something I should be able to drive it there mechanics need to have better time management skills as well.

Trish and Kevin were a joy to work with. They got me into a vehicle that I could afford and actually loved. They provided fast friendly and accurate service. They even hooked me up with full coverage insurance. How neat is that? Go see them. They will do their best to work with you to get you into a vehicle.

Don’t go here unless you want an overpriced car. They will take advantage of younger folks. Not a good place!! Go to a real dealership!!!!
