Called at least five times over a period of about 3 hours, let it ring & ring; noone ever answered. I drove there only to find out that they had let the receptionist go and were depending on sales staff to have to answer the phone, which obviously they were not doing.

Chasity was the perfect person to help find my mother’s new to her car. She was so sweet, patient and caring to us. My mom didn’t want a car with too many new fangled gadgets to deal with, and she had a very specific budget. Chasity stayed with us throughout the entire process. We actually chose her car before it had made it to maintenance and detail. Chasity updated me several times to let me know the status. Toyota did the work to get my moms car tags, and Chasity kept me aware of the status of that also. We were very pleased with how sweetly and politely we were taken care of. We have recommended Chasity several times when asked who to go to for a reliable car. Our experience was awesome!

Long story short, just don't go here to buy a car. Especially if you are military. Was looking for a car for my wife and they told us the car is worth 33k for a 2016 Toyota Corolla after a credit check, I have 789 on my score. Interest was 8%. There's no way a car that's listed on carvana for 18k-22k same year, mileage, brand model. Went to four star Toyota down the road 45mins west instead and got 2018 Honda Accord with less mileage for 18k with 5% interest. Not too long after this incident, one my my soldier bought a car here 2015 Chevy sonic (had hand roller windows) for 32k with 20% interest. The car is only worth 16k at most. Had him refinanced.

The guy was very friendly. Let's start there. He began his sales pitch by frantically waving us down as we were only doing a drive around to see if they had anything we would be interested in. We told him our financial requirements, and what kind of cash down we had, and we were in our trade. The reason we went was because we saw a promotion stating that they will pay $4k over trade-in value and no payments for 3 months. I found a RAV4 that I love while waiting for him to run our credit. After waiting what seemed like forever(hours), He told us he could only finance us for $18-20k. He stated that they had nothing on the lot that would meet our criteria and that they could only give us $1000 for my trade in because it's only worth 500. As we turned to leave he said "wait, let me go talk to my manager. I'm really trying to work something out you guys." He went back to the finance room and stood around in there what, again, seemed like forever. He came out and said I have 2 cars I can get you into right now: a Honda 2016 CR-V with 130,000 miles, and a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with 112,000 miles. We said no thanks and left. We had spent 4 hours there. Today we decided it wouldn't hurt to look at the Santa Fe so we went back up there. It took them 25 minutes to get the Santa Fe pulled around, because they hadn't cleaned it AT ALL; he knew nothing about it, and fudged on the specs during his "this is such a great car and exactly what you said you wanted!" speech. We asked what the numbers would be, reminded him of our requirements, and he left us sitting, for almost an hour. He came back out and said guys, I've got you a really great deal, I can put you in a 2021 RAV4 AWD for $1000 cash, your trade and it would only be $850/mo! We just looked at him and started laughing. We sat for another hour while he came back and forth between us and our car and the finance office making mundane requests and asking pointless questions he'd already asked us 15 times before, just to ensure we wouldn't and hadn't left. It finally came down to us having to leave, after nestling 3 more hours spent there, and never ever getting any results. We wasted a total of almost 7 hours at this dealership being told they couldn't finance us for the car we wanted, being given alternatives, and when we said we like one of the alternatives, the guy didn't even try to get us into it, he only tried to forced us into a more expensive car, one they said they couldn't finance us for in the first place. It was 2 day-7hr long 360 degree circle'n'jerk, with no happy ending. NEVER again.

Chad the parts representative was a complete waste of both our times. He continued to let me know what he couldn’t do instead of helping me with finding a solution. Thanks Chad for giving me the impression that Toyota of Lawton is the place of excuses. 0/10 would not recommend.
