I bought my costume from here and it was totally worth it. Some costumes can be on the more expensive side so just keep that in mind. They do have a variety of options to choose from which makes up for the price a little.

I feel like this location is way bigger and has so much more merchandise than when it was by target. The employees weren’t so nice didn’t greet nor acknowledge me. Did find some cute stuff I liked though.

No fault to the people that work there, always happens towards the end of October. The animated pieces sometimes work and don't altogether on others. If parents would watch your kids instead of Facebook for one min, and tell you spawn press once and move on, No on want to your kid jumping and jumping to get it to work then cry when it stops. Simple NO or STOP to your kids would set the world back on track.

So glad this store was put in a location with more space. Only downside is one side is extremely loud with music and hot and the other side with the animatronics the music is no so loud and cool. The staff was nice enough to let my 4 year old use the restroom as the restroom was not for public use and very helpful. Parking here sucks so much. Be aware when backing out of your parking spot since you will back out in the on coming traffic of Cache Rd.

Cashier said my credit card was declined so I used another one… paid and left. Just got my bill statements & I’m charged on both cards for the same amount.Tried calling to see if there’s a manager to speak to. Was on hold for 50 mins then it finally gave the option so they can call me back but still no call back.
