Robbie was great but his Manager is not got three new phones and one didn't work and he would not help so I went above his head and got a New replacement won't go back there again

Shopping went well with new simm card activated and confirmed. But they didn't know how to transfer old number over to new account. I was told to call online T-Mobile support for that but online support was even less competent. Finally gave up on transferring my old number and kept the new one for peace of mind. However, I did find another T-Mobile store nearby that was glad and capable of performing the transfer if I visited their store at 339 NW 2nd St, Lawton, OK 73507 ask for John.

The store and reps are nice enough. The service from the actual company is rough at best. I feel they don't have the infrastructure to support the number of users in the are. My 5G always goes slower than my last 4G phone and the signal randomly drops all day until I leave Lawton/ft. Sill area. Wish T mobile would invest in the customers who invest in them. Looking to switch BACK to Verizon soon, I'll pay more to get steady service.

It is unfortunate that's not all T-Mobile locations allow you to pay your Sprint bill. The associates need to be more friendly and customer service oriented. The wait time to just pay your bill is too long. I don't appreciate standing in line for 15 minutes just to pay a bill. And I have to say, ever since T-Mobile bought Sprint, Sprint customers are treated like second-class, and I don't appreciate that.

Jerry is great and knowledgeable, only issue is with T-Mobile service not allowing Jerry to complete his job in upgrading my phone. Might be a sign i need to wait for Iphone 15.

I had issues with my phone for over 6 months & after going multiple times to two different T-Mobile stores I finally got it fixed thanks to the store manager Prince. Even though they were a little busy he was very attentive to us while also checking in on other customers. I really appreciate his patience & help with my phone issues.

T-Mobile phone and internet service is great. Wish I could say the same thing about the people running their stores. Full of attitude and one that was "helping me" was busy talking on his phone rather than showing me proper attention.Now as far as tech support, ALWAYS ask for tier 3 support. USA based and extremely helpful.

They can very helpful once you get their attention. However, almost every time I go to this location I hardly get any immediate engagement from the staff. A "hello, welcome, we'll be with you shortly'' goes a long way.

My husband and I came in to combine our lines, upgrade his phone, and do a change of ownership. Joseph was super attentive and nice the entire process. We’ve never had such an overwhelmingly positive experience. We even left with at home WiFi! 10/10 experience. Calling ahead to make sure he’s working if we ever need to come back.

Went in to tmobile today after already switching to Verizon because I had the worst time getting my phone switched out because the phone wasn't working (phone warranty) I went in to tmobile to get a new screen protector even though I hated the customer service the products are cheaper there. I went in and this gentleman with dreads helped me get a new screen protector and I went to pay for it and he said I was good hope your day gets better. . . . Well dang now I got to stick with tmobile(will stop my number port if possible). I didn't even get his name but to be honest I appreciate his empathy and it really turned my day around, please Tmobile hire more people like him. !!!!And thank you Sir.
