Was going to get some snacks before heading 1 hr and 45 min to our home, I had to use the bathroom, there was no sign saying no public access to restrooms. The worker just said no when I asked where the restroom was. So we left without our snacks and drinks

Current staff is lacking. One manager is always on personal phone calls when I go in and she makes me wait until she's done. Or she's on FaceTime and she puts the phone down and continues to talk while checking me out. Or always tries to keep my change.
