I want to brag on Kaytlynn! I had sent a message through Facebook asking about the one bedroom apartments, she took the time not only Saturday evening but today, Sunday while she was not at work to answer ALL my questions about the apartment and even set up for a tour this week! I am beyond grateful for her kindness and time on her days off, she has made me feel welcome and important to WillowPark apartments. I’m looking forward to my tour this week!

I originally signed a 3 month lease at a pretty decent rate, $829 I believe. Management made it seem like I could keep doing a 3 month lease no problem after my first one was up, but that’s not the case. The lowest they’ll allow me to go, besides month to month, is 6 months now that my lease is coming to an end. On top of that, they are increasing rent by over 25% if I signed a 6 month lease, and if I wanted to do month to month it’s a 32% increase. I checked online and the prices are the EXACT same when I applied for my first lease. This place is greedy. They let you sign any lease 1-12 months, at a low rate, then refuse to allow anything under a 6 month lease after your original lease expires ON TOP of having RIDICULOUS rent increases after your first lease. 25% is BEYOND greedy, and the fact that the online prices are the same as when I applied just solidifies the fact that they try to get you in, get your security deposit, and let you get comfortable before they show their true nature. When I called to ask why the rent is being increased so much all they had to say was “it’s how they do things here”. The manager I talked to doesn’t even live on the property, and I should have took that to heart. The place is nice and quiet, but they’re money-grubbing, information withholding, manipulative people who will not tell you that rent increases after your first lease.
Only go to this place if you plan on staying for a single lease, because once you get the paper telling you how much rent is being increased, you’ll immediately find a new place to stay.

Lived here close to two years now! Spend about $900 in rent here a month, the place has gone downhill so much in the past few months. People will not clean up after their dogs( it has gotten a little bit better). Now there's no peace and quiet anymore just small kids running around everyday screaming and yelling with no parental supervision. I paid for the location but its gotten so ghetto

The fact a star has to be given is a perfect representation of the quality and service Willowpark provides for you. The forced directives and two faced conversations throughout my time there were exhausting. Management doesn't care for the resident, and the maintenance couldn't be less motivated. (place is literally falling apart). I had plenty to be upset about, but the lies and attempts to 'get the extra dollar' out of me were outright pathetic by the end of my stay. Stay away from here, the location isn't worth the pain they will inflict on your sense of peace.
Couldn't find a lesser motivating place to live. 0 stars.

Waste of money to apply here. About a hundred dollars to apply (which is outrageous); I make ten times the monthly rent and needed a place to stay instead of commuting from Norman daily. Get shafted because of bankruptcy due to COVID. Ridiculous.

Love that it’s pet friendly! Especially love the new dog park they just put too bad we’ll be moving soon but we’ll definitely take full advantage while we’re here. Staff is super friendly and always looking to engage with residents. The small events they have are nice and we enjoy participating such as pet photo contests, costume contests, free cookies and hot chocolate, and slushy day.

I would definitely recommend this property to everyone because the staff is amazing, the maintenance guys are great and the environment is very quiet and the location is perfect.. Rena and Amanda go over and beyond for their tenants to make them happy and provide them with a wonderful place to call home...

My family & I love living at WillowPark Apartments! We’ve been here since 2018 & will have probably another year left before we move again. The staff & maintenance workers are like our second family, they’re so sweet & kind & will help you with anything you need. Not only is the apartments affordable, but you’ve got access to the amazing amenities they have available! When I’m not chasing my kiddo around , I’m hitting up their 24/7 gym & the pool when open. We will be sad when we have to move , if we’re ever back in Lawton this is the place we will go & call home again !

not too bad and well located. My biggest grip is that they have a pool and it was rarely open. especially labor day which is the opening day for many pools. other than that i have always gone back to them and their help desk has always been good.

I stopped in yesterday, Friday oct 9th to renew my lottery ticket and the young man behind the counter was very friendly and polite, he spoke to everyone in the store as well as made eye contact. So often when I go into the stores the clerk is complaining about something with their job so this was a pleasant change.
