I went in today to get my nails done. I always use Tommy (he's awesome) but he wasn't there today. I asked the girls if one of them can do it. They refused. Apparently, I like to talk to much, and im too picky!! YES, IM PICKY WHEN IM SPENDING 50+ $. I wont go back. Those girls are horrible.

Walked in and asked for a refill of pink and white acrylic. The lady trimmed my nails, grabbed cuticle cutters and started ripping them off. When I asked what she was doing she said she can’t refill them, she has to remove the old ones and do a new set. Understandable except that she was literally prying them off my nails causing a lot of pain and damage to my natural nail. 4 fingers in a new lady came to take over. I told her this had already been painful and was not what I wanted. I asked if we could finish removing my right hand, and do a full set on it, do a refill on my left and just plain polish or something instead of the pink and white and I’d just pay for removal and a full set. She said okay, finished my right hand and immediately started removing the nails from my left hand too. She was much gentler than the prior lady but no nail salon should ever pop or rip acrylic nails off a natural nail. I haven’t never had nails ripped off like that instead of soaked off. I told her that was it, I’d pay for the removal but I wasn’t getting my nails done anymore.

Tommy and team don’t need my post. They are a well establish group who been in business for 10 years. They do great nail designs and work. I have never failed to draw a compliment on my Nails when he does it. He knows his work, I swear! My polish last until he takes it off. If you’re going to pay the money it might as well be with a great team

I asked for blush pink with a white tip. They only applied one layer of each polish. You can see my real nails under the polish (pink should have covered that) after she painted my nails she got up and moved to the next client without saying anything to me. They didn’t apply cuticle oil or any moisture to my hands. My hands also had white nail polish on them that she did not clean off. Nothing about this place is luxurious or pampering. I’m not a fan of the way that they do the white tips either, it’s more old school. They didn’t talk to me or make me feel very welcomed either. The service was $40. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.

I went and had my nails done for the first time in over 5 years. They were extremely nice and helpful in deciding what I wanted to get. I highly recommend their services.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Upon entering someone said hello and then a different person, started pointing, no words, just aggressively pointing. I asked her what did she want and she said “do you want your nails done, I said yes and she said well sit down! I was already sitting in the waiting area and I went to sit in the seat that she was pointing to, the first table closes to the door. As I sat there, I heard the man working there yell at a customer because she thought he remembered he colors from her last visit. Obviously he wouldn’t remember that but the way he yelled at her made me clutch my pearls.
Eventually the angry lady came to the table to do my nails, once again she used body language instead of words. I asked her if they had regular polish and she said no. I said I didn’t want gel and she immediately dismissed me. I’m sitting here now, waiting on my Uber. I don’t live in Lawton, I am here to visit a relative. I will NEVER come back. The most disrespectful experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t know how well they do nails because I wouldn’t let them touch me!

It took me over 4 hours to remove my set of acrylic nails!! my set had been filled about 3-4 times overtime so at first I'm thinking it's just because of that. BUT NO--- they are using mma monomer (illegal in US) instead of ema monomer (safe & more expensive for purchaser)
It completely makes sense to why they are the cheapest place to get a full set in Lawton.
They do great work, decently pleasant if you have a sense of humor & I would give a 5 for that. BUT with the illegal products being used I wish I could give a negative 5.

Great service. You can take any photo and they always do their best to make it happen. I have had good luck with not breaking the nails and they are a good thickness without being too much. They are always nice and seem to care about each of their customers. A great experience every time I have been!

Went to get me and my daughter's feet done. He is over here don't want to have my daughter sit in a chair to get her feet done even though I'm paying for her to get her feet done and he was yelling at my daughter to sit down without consulting me her mother. But want to charge me, full service fee for my 4 year old he don't want to service. Anyway don't waste your time because he will try you. And your kids. Had to tell her dad to come in and sit with us because I felt like he was attacking my four year old. She wasn't even doing anything but climbing into the chair to sit in it because she was excited to get her feet done fr don't waste your time the service isn't even worth it...Services: Pedicure

poor job. don't recommend going there. nails are already chipping she made them fat after I told her I wanted them skinny. they don't take their time.
