I always go here but today I decided to go wash my car and I try to put my quarters in in. It took all my quarters and only charged me a dollar when I put four dollars in I couldn’t get a hold of anyone.: (

This is my go to Auto Wash because the technician is on site for any issues. Some of the gas station car washes are not kept in working order, so the additional cost here is worth it in my honest opinion. I do wish the detergent was more foamy though.

Been coming here for years. But the drive through wash is really goin down hill. Half of the spray jets don’t work and it misses quite a bit of the vehicle. A little maintenance and upgrading would do wonders.

Wasted $5 on self wash, no soap truck as dirty as when I came. Tried to notify staff they were there but didnt come to door. Tried calling but no answer. Bad experience wouldnt go back!

I've had positive experiences at this car wash on two prior occasions. Unfortunately, during my visit on 11/26/23, the touchless car wash malfunctioned, leaving soap on my truck. Despite attempting to contact the 24-hour service, there was no response. I had to finish rinsing my truck at another station. I’ve contacted the owner on 11/28/23 but the owner hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation, and now, they're not answering my calls. Given the additional cost and effort required to address the issue and the inconvenience, a simple conversation should be the least.

So I hate to do this because I’ve been a customer for quite some time but I’m glad I wised up and caught this issue now. This place will double charge your card a week after you’ve used their car wash. I swiped my credit card, in which I never use there I usually use my prepaid card. Just now 6 days later they tried to charge me 10 bucks even when I had a 5.00 car wash in the self service terminal. I also made sure the timer expired and only used the alotted time. Don’t let them fool you and act like someone else must have came in right behind and hit the button to charge your card for another wash. Thats if you can even get ahold of them. I imagine when they do this they just don’t answer the phone for the day because I’ve called 10 times now with no answer.
