I had the best experience with Kim and her staff. They listened and understood what my situation and reassured me that my hair growth will be better than ever. I felt completely at ease at the salon. Had an appointment time of 11 AM, showed up at 10:30 after calling and leaving a voicemail, no one was there. Called again left a voicemail, no one returned my call. Waited until 11:10, no one showed up or returned my calls so I left.
