WOW, best customer service EVER. Bri with the beautiful neon pink hair was a breath of fresh air. Knew all the scents that went with my style and vibe. Let us know so much insight on perfumes. Just a vibrant light, ended up getting a few scents. Very happy with my purchases! Thanks so much to BRI!

I have been looking for a place to get my hair colored since I moved to Lawton. I have tried two other places. Today I went to Ulta. I have found my place. Amanda did my hair. She was amazing. She did such a good job. I was very impressed with her skills. Amanda is a very talented hair dresser. I highly recommend ulta and Amanda.

I enjoy shopping at Ulta because of the range of products and affordable prices. I have a love for makeup and hair care. I have always had great experiences with staff as far as being helpful and welcoming. however, today I stopped in for one product- expecting to be in and out. only 2 people were ahead of me checking out and there were 2 cashiers. I waited patiently, I also work retail so I respect customer service and understand a wait time is inevitable. unfortunately, after the customer checked out and left the cashier left the counter and joined a group of 5+ associates that stood at the front gossiping when it was clearly known I had been waiting in line. I stood there making eye contact and was ignored until the previous cashier decided to come up again to ring me up. I didn’t complain, I’m not going to make a scene, I get it. I’m a manager in retail- it happens. but the associate checking me out (Desiree appears on my receipt) saw me previously and lacked enthusiasm and could’ve been a lot more friendly and engaging. very dry. not a smile. I expected more coming from the same background so I was a little impatient and disappointed with my experience today. 15 mins of my lunch break I could’ve just avoided.

I got a gift card , hadn't ever been and I don't know much about makeup. Aubreianna was absolutely AMAZING and so helpful as I didn't know what I was really looking for. She truly made the experience great for me overall and helped me get everything I needed in my price range. Highly recommend asking for her when you go!

Went to take my mom perfume shopping for her birthday and one of the employees ran up on us as soon as we walked in. She or he (they?) asked what we were looking for, we told them we came to try out perfume samples to find some she liked - they immediately started asking my mom what kind of perfume she liked, they didn't like mom's answer of idk, what would you recommend? They said it depends on what kind of perfume you like then started asking what kind she liked... Mom again said idk hence why we're here to sample them lol They start getting an attitude asking why we're wasting their time and asking for help when we didn't ask for anything.
Apparently you're supposed know exactly what you want and not allowed to sample to find out. They literally ran up on us as soon as we walked in. Whole thing happened within 30 seconds of us walking in; it was very bizarre and caught us both off guard. We left and went next door to Sephora. Way better. Bought her 3 perfumes

Products opened and smeared. MOST products opened and touched by people. Not in correct places. Absolutely awful organization and sanitation. Couldn't even buy what I came in for since they were all opened and touched.

Ive always shopped here, never any problems. I was there yesterday, spent over $200, and get home 1 $40 item was not in the bag. The bag never tipped over or anything. Too late to call, so called today. They said a manager would call after reviewing the security camera. So,she calls, tells me everything was put in my bag , No it wasn't, I had more expensive stuff than this one,so why would I lie? So I'm screwed and that was $40!! So I will shop else where. I know just me won't hurt their sales ,so my advise CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!

Me and my * black boyfriend were followed around the store the whole entire time . The manager asked several store employees to ask us if “ we needed anything “ when they didn’t ask anyone else in the store . On top of all that she played an audio over the intercom that said “ audio recording in progress “ . I’m a long time Ulta customer and I’ve never experienced that or heard that over the intercom ever . We spent almost $200 on our purchase mind you .

So I went in to check out a perfume, and as soon as I entered, the girls at the front started making fun of how I was dressed. (Shorts and a T-shirt, it's very hot outside) And for a moment I didn't want to stay in the store, a little hurt actually. but, there was a very sweet and friendly girl in black converse that helped me out in the fragrances. She said she worked mainly in the back but her cheerful presence really made me comfortable being in the store. I'm afraid I don't know her name, but I hope she stays bright and sweet. I'll definitely be back just for her.
