I like the convenience of being able to push a button and go inside and get the lights to come on. And have the very big garage door to load or unload my stuff.

I called this place early around 9 tryna to do a quick set up and whoever was at the office just kept picking the phone up and hanging up. I called with a different number and it seemed like they were gonna pick up…..only to do the same thing. I decided not to spend my money at a place that can’t pick up the phone and answer it instead of hanging up multiple times.

This place is awesome! I had to put my household goods in storage and was glad that I went to Uptown. The facility is clean, the staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I especially love the fact that they have state of the art security cameras. I will definitely recommend this facility to all I know and will use it again for any future storage needs. Thank you Uptown Storage for a great experience!!!

Definitely 5 stars! Christel my leasing agent whom is very courteous and professional and upon explaining to her I travel extensively. I actually feel more peace of mind traveling knowing my items that are priceless to me are safer than in my residence while I am away with their 24/7 state of the art security system and climate controlled units including fire sprinkler system. Some things you just can't put a price on. I highly recommend Christel and Uptown Storage for all your storage needs. J
