I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.

Stay away from u.s. cellular!!!!....They constantly raise and lower the bill and if you get your service suspended they charge you 25.00 a line.... there are plenty better options out there that don't rob you and your bill won't fluctuate every month.

I had the best experience and help from Andre Roberson!! He helped me make the transition from Samsung to IPhone a lot easier!! He explained the differences between the two and helped me decide which phone would suit my needs. Very patient and easy to talk to! I am extremely thankful for his knowledge and making my (what I thought was going to be hard) decision effortless!!!!!

I used to be happy with my service until they took away unlimited hotspot and before they lied to me to try to get me to buy a new phone saying that the my MetroPCS phone won't work with their Network when it does I got it working right now I used to work for cell phone place ya'll guys got quit lying.
