I fuckin hate this place. They told me my prescriptions were gonna take 30 minutes to process or some shit but it's been 2 hours and I still don't know if they've got them in the first place.

You have to ask to use the bathroom which is slightly annoying, especially when you're about to pee yourself, but I understand the reasonings. My husband went and asked for the key for me and the lady at the checkout gave him an attitude like I already /did/ pee and it was in her cereal. She told him the bathrooms were closed. WHAT DO YOU MEAN CLOSED?! I had no idea there was a curfew on the bathrooms. See you again Lashonda (or w/e your name was) when I contract a UTI from holding my pee and have to come back to pick up my medication.

Not had any trouble with their pharmacy as of yet (which incidentally, puts them leaps and bounds beyond Walmart's pharmacy).

If I could put 0 star I would, what a bad customer service, I went there to pick up my son's prescription and they told me I wasn't on the system and it's been 3 days already. They told us to wait for 20min. I decided to comeback and check if it's ready after almost un hour wait and they told us I can't get the medicine because it's not cover with our insurance. They let me wait for almost 1 hr at the parking lot full bs reasons.

I was on hold for over thirty minutes. When the woman in the pharmacy finally answered she said my doctor had not approved Rx yet. I was in middle of explaining to her that the Walgreens app said differently and she hung up. Unacceptable!!! I have filed a complaint with their corporate office.

I’m very disappointed in this place the last couple times we went! I been coming here for over five years now and never had we experienced this kind of customer service up until lately. I’m not sure she really cares about her job but this person looks like she is new because I’ve never seen her before until lately. We were standing there to get ring up but she was just to bust chapping up with her co- worker and left us standing there to get checked out and we wanted to redeem our point supposedly we have to print it out through our computer, huh? I was never told that until she started working there!What the point of offering and not own up to it?! I will make sure we will no longer take our business there!!

Pharmacy staff are rude, unhelpful and never fill prescriptions on time. When you call, they literally answer the phone with "What?" instead of "Hello." They act like they can't be bothered and are extremely condescending. Stay far, far away.

I just sat for over 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone in Pharmacy with one caller ahead of me. Several times the phone would ring and then the music would start again. My husband is very ill and needs his first prescription from Walgreens as a TriCare for Life patient. As all Express Script patients have been notified in Lawton that we wouldn't be covered by our regular pharmacy anymore we have to go through Walgreens I was trying to find information as to how we can get our prescription through the pickup window for the first time. He is too ill to go into the store and wait his turn. After being on hold for so long he decided to go to our former pharmacy that we have done business with for over 45 years. We no longer have a co-pay there but at least they are quick and know how to take care of their customers. Walgreens is so understaffed in the store too. I should have known better because I can never find anyone available to help me with anything. The last time I was there I had to walk over the place just to find someone to check me out. This is unfair to the few that work there and even more unfair to the customers that have to shop there.

Wow. I’m still in shock over what a HORRIBLE experience I had today at the pharmacy. I waited for over 4 hours for an antibiotic for my son that has an upper respiratory infection, pink eye, and an ear infection. The female working the drive-through window was probably the most incompetent pharmacy tech that I’ve ever encountered in my life. Rather than offer any sympathy, empathy, or helpful customer service in general, she made excuses in a monotone, whiny voice before making me get out of line. I will never go back to this pharmacy and will be sure to spread the word about how awful my experience was! What a colossal waste of time!

I previously liked this pharmacy. But they have since decided that I don't need all my meds, and they also have decided that I don't get to know why I don't get all my meds. Phone calls with them are long, painful, and usually end with them hanging up on me after I've been on hold 10+ minutes.
