The slowest Walgreens pharmacy in the land.

The store itself is always clean and neat. However, if you need Pharmacy, expect to wait at least 30+ minutes to be seen at the counter. This does not include waiting for your unfilled prescription itself. The time is still the same regardless of the amount of staff you will see behind the counter. If you want to sit comfortably, go through the drive-through. Or you will be standing in line for a long time.

I've mailed larger packages from this location via FedEx more than 5 times. Today, I was a little shocked to hear "Ms Keke, tell the employee " it's up to her" if my package was stored. When did this rule happen? It hasn't been applied in the last 30 days. I've walked in with a package longer than my body, no questions asked, just scanned & dropped off! I guess Walgreens just makes it up, depending on whomever is working??!? Bad for business!

I went into walgreens tonight to grab a few things on my way home and had my day absolutely brightened up by these two sweet ladies at the register. I only remember one of their names which was tracy she had red ish hair. The other girl was super sweet and unfortunately i don't remember her name but they were like the only two in there. We had a nice little conversation and i left the store with a big grin on my face. I will absolutely be coming back and telling my friends how sweet the staff is here. Those ladies definitely deserve a raise because they are just the sweetest souls ever!

At least CVS communicates with you, even though they are regularly out of my medications! "Not having the time to fill a prescription" someone desperately needs 30 minutes before closing is lazy, unkind, and totally disrespectful! I came all the way here 3 times. Obviously, the medication is important, but they could care less as long as they get to shut down AT 9 pm, what do they care that you need your medicine in the morning!

Imagine being such an unpleasant, unhappy person that you are incapable of being polite working as a pharmacy tech (or really working in any medical profession.) Maaaaybe if a parent is going through the drive through window, it’s because their child just had surgery and they don’t want to wake them up while they’re picking up antibiotics. I wonder if the black female working in the window considers that when she snaps “I CAN’T HEAR YOU. I STILL CAN’T HEAR YOU” at emotionally and physically exhausted parents. Judging by her nasty attitude and facial expressions, I’m going to assume that she doesn’t care what anyone else is going through. That sure sounds like a facility issue that she was aware of and didn’t let someone know needed to be fixed. It sure was not my problem that she couldn’t hear me because I was YELLING my son’s name while she stared at me blankly through the window. I will not be returning to this location and will advise my friends not to as well. Do freaking BETTER.

I am Active Duty Army and have had some unfortunate life circumstances. Needing prescriptions filled with Walgreens has been a much better experience then waiting for sometimes hours at Reynolds pharmacy. Specifically, Josh in the pharmacy has shown me such patience and kindness! I was very upset, in pain and confused the last time and this time his calm demeanor and gracious words allowed me to listen as he solved all obstacles, resubmitted to insurance and got my prescription refilled within minutes. Just as he did the last time :) It's professionals like Josh that make the world a better place. To recognized the source of ones distress was pain and explain things simply as he could hear one's confusion, he paraphrases one's concerns and comes up with a plan quickly to solve it. God bless you Josh and thank you for what you do!

I called to find out why my script was not ready. The young lady told me it had not been entered in the system and she would get it ready then. This has not been the first time this store has not notified me. I called my doctor's office in which they said it had been sent over a week ago. If I didn't have to use Walgreens I would go to another pharmacy. It's ridiculous. I guess a pharmacy is only as good as it's staff.

This location is always such a bad experience. I went in today around 10:30am to get deodorant and distilled water. I got my items and headed to the register, and as usual, there was no employee up front. As I was waiting for someone to check me out 3 employees gathered about 15 feet from me and stood there discussing how hard it’s been while so and so was on vacation. I stood there almost 10 minutes and even made eye contact with one of them before finally just walking out. I went to target and got what I needed no problem. In and out of a store 5 times the size in under 10 minutes.

I don't go here often. Always has what I need when other places don't.

Go anywhere other than here for prescriptions. Sadly I don’t think corporate cares judging by the amount of one star reviews. Waited for 2 hours for flu medicine for my child only to have them finally call us to let us know they didn’t have the medicine we were needing. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with their pharmacy, just the first time I am leaving a review.

I pulled up to the drive up window and asked if Walgreens received the RX order from my doctor. Walgreens Rep. asked my name. And date of birth. I answered. The Rep. Answered your "insurance didn't approve it, would you like to pay cash"? I answered how is this possible? She said I don't know. Do you want to pay cash? I said I am unable to do that at this time. The Rep. was like please pull out so I can help the next person. I pulled out into the parking lot. I called my insurance they said they had NOT received any claim for a prescription. So with insurance company on my phone... and Walgreens on my husband's phone. We figured out. Walgreens did NOT use current insurance information. They didn't notice all my information was from a different state before 2020. I had used Walgreens in another state, like 2 years ago. Which is why " insurance " didn't approve my antibiotics. I don't have that insurance anymore. It took two hours. But eventually after walking inside while sick ?. I was able to wait in line again, up date all the important information, wait for the medications to be filled again, and get my medications and just go home.

don't fill when they should be. prices are never correct. they don't know how to submit to insurance. when you get a refill reminder they tell you it's not time to even though it is. and they are slow!

My daughter was seen at urgent care and they sent a script for an antibiotic there assuring my husband they were still open. He got there and was turned away because they were closing soon and told to come back tomorrow for the antibiotic for our child because they were “closing soon.”
