They need to shut this franchise down. It took nearly an hour to get a simple order and received attitude and unprofessionalism from Latasha. Spend your good money somewhere else, you won't regret it.

I placed an order through the mobile app and chose drive through pick up. I arrived at the restaurant and was told to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, they told me my food was handed out to somebody else. They kept telling me that they couldn't do anything about it despite it being an error on their part. They kept saying it was a grub hub order, but it wasn't. I told them there wasn't an option for a refund or anything, and I would just like to receive my food. They kept saying once the food leaves, they can't remake it. The food left with someone that wasn't me. I then called customer support, to which they said they couldn't find my order, despite me having the order number. They told me they couldn't do anything and to call the location I was already at. So I did. I had to call them 4 times before they picked up. When they did, they still said they could not remake my food. I said I had my receipt, my order number, and the date and time the order was placed and if I could please have my food. The person said he would ask, and he forgot to mure his microphone. A woman in the back loudly said she wasn't going to remake it. Then the mic muted, and for several minutes I was left like that until they hung up. I had to call back 18 more times before someone answered, and they still refused to remake the food they gave away to somebody else.

Stopped here to eat while traveling. This place is disgusting!!!!! The food was terrible. All the tables were dirty and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. Even when there were no customers, the staff just stood around talking instead of cleaning tables. Do not eat here!!!

To be honest I wouldn't even rate it a one start they always seem to mess up on my orders and to top it off they forget to serve me when dining in. The food is never hot the cheese never melted very cold. This is very upsetting

Service is super slow. The workers spend more time talking than actually filling orders. Some of them are rude and act like it's an inconvenience to take orders. It always smells like weed inside the restaurant.

At the drive thru, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, Asiago Club and Loaded Nacho. I received two chicken sandwiches with a tomato and sauce on them. Since the dining area was locked at night, I went back to the window to see why I didn't get what I ordered. The person said, "We don't have the ingredients to make those." Not going to lie, I was angry. I said, "And you !@#$ing knew this!" "Why in the !@#$ didn't you say anything while I was ordering?" I asked. " So you think it's ok to just steal my money?" I then had the window shut in my face. I probably deserved that. However, there was no apology and no attempt to refund my money. I had just spent 3.5 hours at the ER. My little girl was starving, and so was I. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to!

My experience was HORRIBLE, the worse food imaginable. I don't understand how a basic hamburger combo, chilli and drinks can get messed up. For starters, the meals were cold and my house is only a five minute(or less) drive from the restaurant. I didn't receive my burger, my chilli looks as if it were being prepped to feed someone's Rottweiler. I always request no onions, but it was loaded with onions, no sour cream, which I requested, the beverages sizes were messed up, (my Doctor Pepper definitely had to be from YESTERDAY), as well as my frosty. My Frosty came in a complimentary water cup?????. I could continue, but I think that those who read this review will get the point. Getting a refund is not the point, I am disabled so when I place an order, I have the expectation that I am going to receive WHAT I ORDERED AND in a presentable manner. The Chilli, to describe the quality would force me to use vulgar, descriptive words.This is Wendy's on Cache.DO NOT EAT HEREDO NOT EAT HERE, I REPEATDO NOT EAT HERE.MY WORSE FASTFOOD EXPERIENCE EVERSINCE MOVING TO LAWTON

Waited 45 min never got food then had to argue for my money back. Waste of time should close down. Do go here until it gets completely redone. Nasty inside not sure why they stay open. Do not go here the worst place in lawton.
