“I was at work on a drilling rig here in Grady County OK. I noticed that my Passenger Front Tire had belts showing on the inside tread. I was going home in a couple days and didn’t feel safe driving my car even 10 miles. I call Josh at T & W and asked if he could help. He sent out a service truck, to the Rig, and they took the tire off, drove it back to their shop, replaced it, and came back out to put it back on the vehicle. It only took maybe 2 hours at the most, it seemed like 1 hour though, it was so quick. I was able to leave work right on time when my relief got there. I honestly didn’t think I was going home on time, but they made it happen. I drove straight to T & W when I got off work. I fact I’m sitting here at T & W right now. Josh had ordered 3 more tires and I’m getting my wheels aligned too. They did an excellent job, great service, great pricing, very timely and efficient work and got me out of a bind. Much appreciated!! The Service Hand who replaced my tire on the rig had a great attitude, got right to it, and returned way faster than I had expected. His name is Tanner and he’s a great kid and a valuable asset to have. Thanks Tanner!”
