Let me tell you folks… this hotel, it’s incredible. Absolutely incredible. People are saying it’s one of the best stays they’ve ever had, and I have to agree. The room… so clean, so beautiful — you walk in and you think, “Wow, this is classy.” They really did a tremendous job. Believe me, I’ve seen a lot of hotel rooms — some not so great, some very, very nice — and this one? Top tier.
The bathtub — folks, I’m telling you — huge. Fantastic water pressure too, by the way. Very relaxing, very luxurious — the kind of bathtub you deserve after making America great all day. Now, the location of the hotel itself— perfect. Couldn’t be better. Convenient, right near everything, the best travel spot. You can get anywhere you need to go — , gas stations, highways, all right there. Whoever picked the spot — smart people. Very smart.
And the breakfast — wow. You wouldn’t believe it. Tremendous spread. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy — the best biscuits and gravy, by the way. People are talking about it. It’s like a buffet of victory.
Overall — fantastic hotel, tremendous service, very classy, very clean. Five stars, easily. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Many people are saying it’s the best stay they’ve ever had — and they’re 100% right.

The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. The rooms are always top notch as well as the service when we stay there. We actually hate leaving. Lol.

One of the most welcoming hotels in the area during rocklahoma time. Staff and owner are very friendly and understanding of the party we are all coming back from each night. Staying every year!

It's very much in need of renovations. We stayed here for Rocklahoma and it was was overpriced. Nearly $550.00 for 3 nights. The lobby was nice and clean but the room definitely needed some upgrades. I woke up every morning with my back hurting from the very uncomfortable bed. The hot tub was warm, not like it should be. The breakfast was mediocre. Nice people running the place though. The bathroom door was out of alignment and noisy to open and close. The air unit is leaking on the floor, and the carpet is grungy. Ive stayed in nicer rooms for cheaper. I won't be staying here again. Renovations and better beds would go along ways.

We were having a lot of trouble finding any place to stop that wasn't dirty and had bugs, it was about 1:30 am and the lovely lady, Jennifer, was so sweet and was such a big help. Thank you Jennifer for your help and courtesy.
Also pet friendly! Our cat found the beds quite comfortable as did we

Best Western should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. Our room as well as the hallways were filthy. Floor of the bathroom was sticky. Just about everything in our room was janky. The refrigerator was unstable on it's base. The carpets had several stains. The countertops in the bathroom and in the room had not been cleaned and had residue of unknown origin on them. On top of all that, the beds were among the least comfortable I've been on. Not coming back here.

My wife and I checked in Sunday evening (6/1) for our niece's wedding. The very nice woman who checked us in is an exemplary employee who blessed us in a way that some would deem as insignificant. She fully understands and embraces hospitality. I wish I had asked her name, but I believe she worked the evening shift, and I hope this review reaches her. She deserves recognition.

It’s a Best Western so of course it’s nice! The breakfast is great! Plenty of choices! But what makes me give 5 stars? Tasha! Her bubbly personality and great customer service have made my stay so much better! She has gone above and beyond for my coworkers and I, who have been here a week due to the weather. I sure hope management realizes what a gem Tasha is! 👏👏👏👏

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in hotels all over the USA, but my recent experience at this Best Western ranks as one of the top ten worst I’ve had. Unfortunately, it was the only option available in town, and I genuinely would have preferred to sleep in my car.
1. Cleanliness: Everything was very dirty, but the carpet was particularly disgusting.
2. Amenities: The TV in the room was not working, which was frustrating.
3. Safety: The smoke detector was barely hanging on the wall, raising serious safety concerns.
4. Water Pressure: There was almost no water pressure in the shower, making it a very unpleasant experience.
The final straw was breakfast. I can’t understand how FSIS would allow such conditions. Items like Philadelphia cheese should definitely be kept in the fridge, but instead, they were left sitting out on the table. The results were shocking—just take a look at the pictures I took.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Filthy carpet. Interesting way to repair plumbing—stuff toilet paper in the hole. Cigarette burns in no smoking room. Worn dirty furniture. No way “to post” the odor—ugh! Worst Western at best. Room 214
