The property and units are clean and in perfect condition. He is going to be putting up a fence soon for security purposes. The rates are reasonable compared to other storage facilities within a 50 mile radius. Y'all need to give this man your business. You will never find a better place to rent.”
“These people are wonderful, respectful, kind and understanding. They'll work with you on payments, they did for me because my check was that following week after the due date and they allowed me to pay my original payment once payday hit instead of having late fees tacked on. I highly recommend them. Also, please be sure that you tell them you're going to move out; they're so nice however if you don't clear it out completely; you won't be able to rent from them again and they were calm/collective/kind on explaining why. I totally get that and respect it. I'm telling y'all, I've rented units before and these people are by far too notch with their character. Thank you all very much for all you've done. Have a blessed life and I'm glad y'all are here!”
