One of the best Dollar General stores around in my opinion. It’s always clean. Always stocked. Never a bunch of carts out in the middle of the isles, obviously there are some carts while they’re stocking items but they’re good about getting it done and putting the cart away. Pretty much all of the employees that work there are nice and are laid back. Their seasonal stuff is always there on time. I’m not saying there isn’t someone who has ever had a bad experience, but I don’t know of any and have never heard anyone say anything negative about the place. ONE THING I WILL SAY, I wish they would stock the “TAI-PEI Shrimp Fried Rice” bowls instead of just the kinds they have now because the shrimp is the most popular and they don’t even have it! And another thing is the TASTYKAKE Cinnamon Mini-Donuts, I wish they would have the vendor bring WAY more because they’re always running out within a couple days! Also, if you go to this DG stay away from my TASTY-KAKE Cinnamon Mini-Donuts ?

This is the calmest cleanest store around. I came in on 3/26/24. I bought eggs. I forgot to check them. She checked them for me. 4 were broke. I would of went home with broke eggs if she wouldn't of. The 2 ladies were both so Polite. They let me keep the broke eggs as well. Stores like this deserve a pay raise for employees. Where they actually do their job. Cudos to this store! 10 stars

BIG shout out to Tara!!! Called this morning but could not hear the person on phone, tried again thinking it was my phone, but still no answer. Within 60 seconds someone called and ask if I was trying to reach Macomb junction store, I said yes, she said our phones our down and apologized. I asked her if they had what I needed and she replied yes. Went in there and ask to speak with her and I told her she went above and beyond for returning my call on her personal phone, you are appreciated!!! If only there were more customer representatives like her. Thanks again Tara!!!

Been going to the store since it opened, won't be back due to hired help.Look at the books, the locals are getting fed up with the power tripping Karen's that like not doing their job...Word gets around fast in a very small town...
