Why isnt there atm technicians available on weekends or after hours?!?! Holding a person's card in a machine over night or over the weekend when their ATM machine malfunctioned is WRONG!

Don't use atm if you want your atm card stolen then they hold it for days. I would bank elas where customer service sucks.

BancFirst has employees that have no boundaries. They gossip at work about other employees, they contact people regarding customers to know the latest gossip I wonder what my personal information is actually being used for, looks like some of it is being used for gossiping. I believe she’s a branch manager at Madill BancFirst. Does not seem to have an any respect for customers as long as she gets the tea. If this has happened I wonder who else this happened too.

If you want your card declined multiple times despite having the funds in your account, to be issued a new card without reason or warning and unnecessary hassle, choose BancLast.
