(Richard) never returns calls and there is NEVER anyone there ,you only get voicemail asking you to leave a message and I guess the disregard ??

I thought i loved my CM but the paint is peeling like crazy and we need a new door lock. But the company won't reply to messages or answer the phone . I just want to order paint and a new lock if possible. UGH. :(
