After spending $475 and about 3 trips to them. I finally had to take my truck back to the dealership. Every time Motor Sales fixed it ..I asked is it fixed? Which they said I guarantee its fixed.. not even a day and the check engine light comes back on.. all they said was I guess you need to take it back to the dealership.. it ended up costing me an extra $585... Will not be going back to them.

I lost my oil filter off my van. They were nice enough to try and help me but sent me out the wrong parts twice. When I asked them for a specific part (the one I had last on the vehicle) they refused to bring it to me and told me something must be wrong with my vehicle. They took my payment over the phone and then refused to refund me over the phone and also refused to refund the delivery fee. I called o’Reilly and they got me the right part the first time! Go to O’Reilly in Madill instead!

Came here to get my car’s tire pressure checked. Customer service is horrible here. They take way too long, and they don’t even try to acknowledge that you are there waiting to tell someone what you need. I left and went to Texoma Pit Stop down the road.
Also, they stopped letting you bring your own oil for an oil change. I will not be back. Go to Texoma Pit Stop down the road for better and faster service..

I must say, the folks at this place have always been incredible! They've consistently provided exceptional service and taken care of all my needs at this particular location. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for auto work, parts, or even propane for their RV.

Poor business. They talked me into attempting to repair my vehicle that I brought to them for repair, then they declined to accommodate me when I failed to repair my vehicle on my own. Said the next slot for me would be about 5 days out. My initial visit was over a week ago. Like, just say you don’t want to work man. Coming from someone who also worked in service + repair shops.
