I was just a girl From Dallas stranded in Oklahoma !! Happened to come across these O’Reillys and met what I would say a blessing from God Wade !! He not only did his job but But went out of his way to make sure that me and my little family made it home safely.. Even when we figured out and fix the problem, he wanted me to go test it out and come back just to make sure that everything was OK!! Management please give this man a raise!!

lol we know when yall say not allowed to put a headlight or battery on etc it’s bullshit other orileys have done it all the time also your employees don’t know what the hell their talking about to this do they when you Change your headlight I went down the street to native took them five mins to put it in yall are just lazy or afraid of a little work.

My mother-in-law went into try to get her battery tested in which they did test it and when she wanted to buy a new battery and ask them to replace it they said no! They said it was because it might mess up the computer in the car. Newsflash all cars have computers now so quit advertising that you will change out a battery for free when you didn't help and left two little old ladies without a way to get their battery changed until I could get there, she was going to buy the battery from you but now we went and bought the battery from another upstanding business in Madill Oklahoma

Douglas and another gentleman state that due to the general manager that they cannot load a commercial account to the store so I can get my discount since 2016 customer strictly with oriellys. Seems it's time we swith to Napa or advance auto or auto zone or JC Whitney who supplies these pathetic stores with their parts I know your suppliers. And this needs to be addressed I would boycott this location due to not following cooperate regulations when dealing with commercial clients.

Wade is so cool and knows all of what he is talking about. And is humble. And can explain mechanics. And does mechanic. Works in his own car. And is dependable also remembers everything from four calls ago concerning things prior on the same car. He is beyond helpful. And can save a person a whole lot when a worker will take the time to explain what u really truly need to buy. I might have tears upon leaving in gratefulness of his thoroughness and time.
