Unprofessional conduct for a pharmacy. The male tech was completely dismissive of the patients concerns, (in this case, a 15 year old child.) I was not given any warning that they would not be able to fill my son’s insulin until it was due to be filled. All we were told is they would not be able to fill it anymore, and would not fill more than one month of his continuous glucose monitors because they “were losing money on us.” That should and could have been discussed prior to accepting the prescription as this is not an optional prescription for him, but rather a lifesaving device. I feel as if we were treated unfairly because of the cost of my son’s diabetes medications.

Dishonest and incompetent. It's a sad day when Walmart is a better option than a small, independent pharmacy.
