Simply asked for directions and was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I have also seen these "officers" act inappropriately in the past. I think they need to do a much better job screening who they hire.

If you like being yelled at, degraded, and possibly harrassed call mpd! Screaming, yelling, and being a bully is not a part of police work. Small Town cops with a big boy complex!!!

Okay, I think I know which officer was causing all the problems there.

It's a police department. I have been pulled over, given speeding tickets because I broke the law. I have also been let off with verbal warnings. They have been nice to me but I was also polite to them. No complaints here!

Literally hearing what officers said out of their own mouth at a scene was so shameful if their superiors heard how they talked to civilians they would be repremanded asap! If they wouldn't be repremanded it would literally be shamefull of the whole manford PD! THEN mayoralty would make all negative comments actually have some validity! My father was a sheriff and police officer I'm still in belief that all law enforcement agencies are truly together in the common goal to protect us civilians from harm's way! The way certain laws are set up in the town of manford does make one question their belief in such a department! I dont live in manford but when their is dishonestly first and foremost from officers that's the first sign of being a crooked law breaker instead of law enforcer

To protect and serve is a joke by serve they mean screaming in your face to leave and bother someone else when I was waiting for someone to get off the phone, the captain is the rudest person I have ever met. I simply asked if they had my money booked and they treated me like a criminal (I have a perfectly clean record) and never did anything wrong in the first place. None of them seem to know anything about their case that they should be able to answer simple questions over they treated me like complete scum and dirt when I'm under the impression that's a better way to describe them than myself. I do not apreciate the un-professional actions they portrayed.

Let's see, they wouldn't.let me do any community service. That's after they arrested me for DUI in my driveway....oh yea, towed my car out of my driveway...added some bogus charge of resisting arrest which didn't happen. For which I have witnesses. Instead of suing DPS, I think ill sue the city of mannford.
