We went to go get a po box and the gentleman that helped us was patient with us and I was so irritated but he helped and got our po box keys and everything was done

Lady at usps just hung up on me at 945 today Saturday May 11 because I asked to cancel my clusterbox so I would actually receive my packages at my physical address. They basically said they don't do that. So im involving usps and amazon into a lawsuit together because I'm tired of the lies, poor business practices, and poor treatment. This is not how you run a business, you do not accept packages you'll just refuse to deliver. The way the mail is run in this town is backwards and honestly disgusting. I worked for usps in south tulsa delivering packages and would NEVER think to put a note in a clusterbox saying "sorry. We tried but it doesn't fit" absolutely lazy. Then they just tell amazon that they'll try again which prevents me form getting my money back. USPS, you're a failing business. And I'm reaching out to the postmaster general about this just because I got hung up on as well. This isn't how you do things, yall are lazy and need to grow up and do your jobs.

Unhappy with the carrier that wont deliver prepaid for packages from Amazon witch have been delivered in the past stated my empty mail boax was full and for that reason they couldn't deliver.Witch would have never fit in mail box anyways so the next day got slip to drive 15 miles to pick up the fright so i am disappointed in the service also carrier writs on my mail box in sharpie and on my mail the mail box has numbers on it like it should

Rude service . Unhelpful ..ask for too many documents just to open a PO box . Already prepaid for 3 months of service and decided to cancel service because they make it so hard to get a key or even a box number to transfer mail . I live in a combination of a boat at times and an RV and they want statements from previous landlord or current landlord ... then to try to call them is like pulling teeth .

Good small town Post Office. Never have had an issue. Fyi. The shipping and receiving dept closes for a 1hr lunch (12 to 1pm)

Refuses to try to deliver my mail when my neighbor blocks my mailbox. They “attempted to deliver” a package meant as a Christmas present on Christmas Eve. I was home all day, there was never an “attempt.” When I called to complain I was told they do not get out of their cars to deliver and the woman was very rude and short with me. UPS delivered my other packages to my door and told me Merry Christmas. So much for small town charm.

Mail carrier won’t deliver my packages to my house. She said my road was too rough. I paid a guy $1,800! To grate it. Replace cattle guard and lay gravel. She’s still leaving my packages at neighbors house!
