We had a fantastic experience here. Lisa, Kat (sorry if I misspelled) were both great to work with and they saved us hundreds of dollars on a repair by going above and beyond what they had to do. They made loyal customers out of us and not only will we be using them for all of our future repair needs but we'll be recommending them anywhere we can. Top notch job all around.

The worst shop they replaced my clutch 5mo ago brought back 4 time to get right. Now back for another clutch not fixed payed extra 500 and got told to leave when I told them it's not right

Worst shop around 5mo ago they replaced clutch. Went back out said they would warranty had for 18days and when I went and payed tried to start and vehicle moves. Told them it was not right owner doesn't even care told me to leave and threatened arrest for trespassing. STAY AWAY CONSUMER BE AWARE

Just dropped 200 at western auto for them to fix /find the issue for them to pull the radio out say that’s the problem and it’s fixed than to drive home and my car will not turn on again not even an hour later. So i take it up today and then they quote me another 900 to change my ignition switch cylinder and they wouldn’t even give me a definitive answer on if that was the issue. So not only is my issue not fixed now I don’t have a radio and I’m 200 dollars poorer. They also kept it from Friday to Wednesday and I originally asked them to check my alternator and starter and I’m not even entirely sure they did that I’m getting a second opinion somewhere else. I’ll update when possible

Alms Western Auto saved our trip from complete disaster. They helped us on a holiday weekend and repaired our vehicle in the same day. Extremely reasonable pricing. They towed us as well. I would highly recommend these mechanics to anyone I know.Services: General repairs & maintenance
