Apparently employees working Sunday morning have zero standards to follow. No acknowledgement when I walked in the door, no iced tea made, and zero eye contact or words when I walked out with nothing. This is why Casey's will do better and more business.

I went in today as I do quite often for a sandwich. Becky and Tara were at the counter. Becky at the register and Tara at the sandwich station. Becky asked for Tara’s assistance. Tara responded rudely and harshly pretty much just saying that’s not her job today. She proceeded to harass me and my finance about the situation when we were leaving. Becky was awesome! Tara was very rude and unprofessional. Subway is not looking so bad now.

I stopped here cuz loves gas is always good gas....i stopped at 701 Broadway in marlow. I got $46 in gas and they charged my bank $175....they told me that if i had paid inside it wouldnt do that. Theres no sign at the pump. Im a disabled vet. Yall hv no right to do this without us knowing. Theres no sign or anything.ive been a loves customer forever, not anymore.....ill never use loves again.....i get paid once a month and this pushed my bank acct into the negative with comes with a $30 fee.

I have gone to this loves almost everyday since 2014 so am a frequent customer. Today I was treated with unprofessional manner . Im disabled . I walk with a walker just to start out this information. I parked at the pump and walked with my walker up to the counter to purchase gas. I had forgotten my bank card and asked if they would just turn on the pump for me because its painful for me to have to walk back again and I would just come in and pay. I rarely if ever ask to do this and in the past it was turned on for me once or twice before when this happened long time ago. I did not know about policy change. My issue is the worker there treated me very disrespectfully saying \\\" I need an id in a very gruff and angry manner. I saw the other girl who knows me working other register and knows Im a regular customer even vouched I would be right back in the store. I would never even want her in trouble if I understood this policy change.. The heavy set girl states, \\\"I need your ID\\\" again . I asked if it was a new policy or something and she replied \\\"Its my policy . your not getting gas unless I see your ID\\\" then proceeds to tell me that 2 people who ran off without paying and she won't pump my gas without it. The attitude is my complaint. I asked at north loves which I drove to in order to get my gas because I left not buying any told me about the policy and she kindly did explain it to me in a nice professional manner. This rude woman at the south loves was treating me as if I were a criminal about to steal gas.. The other worked had nodded to me that it was ok that I get my gas and even said 'She won't run off I know her\\\".. I get that times are hard but what happened to common empathy and courtesy? She could have said it in a kinder way and not said it was \\\"her policy \\\" I was breaking. I won't be going into the south loves until some time in future if she is fired or quits.. Its extreme heat and I can barely walk and yet she wanted to force me to walk the distant back to my truck to get my bank card.. I guess from 2014 to today means nothing as a valued customer to Loves .. I respect policy but not rudeness. Explain your rules in a kinder way and don't make me out to be a criminal because others are..

A decent location, except they discriminate against anyone using food stamps.. for example, if you get a sandwich from the miniature deli, you can only have veggies if you pay with cash.
