Mark was incredibly nice. He did everything he could to get us the U-Haul truck we needed when we were strapped for time. The truck worked beautifully and got the job done. Highly recommend!

I would recommend the location but not U-Haul. It was very difficult to pickup the truck on Sunday and the number located on the box for help, that lady was not helpful nor polite at all. I am upset at the fact that I had to drive 10 miles to and from to pick it up and had to pay mileage for that when I requested one closer to me. $20 is a lot of money to pay in mileage to pickup a truck that you requested from a place 2 miles from your home. I was on hold with little to no help trying to pick up the truck for well over 20 minutes. Overall a terrible experience with U-Haul themselves. I will not be using their services in the future unless I am desperate.

Tool Shed in Marlow Ok was great. Mark was great at At helping us get everything we needed and on our way explaining the process and all. Could not ask for better service.

Really nice and helpful, they even come outside and hook up the trailer for you and check everything working right.
