If you are ok with waiting multiple weeks for a call back and disconnects between doctors offices and them, calls that are promised that never come and then you have to call them to make the appointment yourself then this is the DME you need. My experience with this company has been less than stellar to say the least. Diagnosed with OSA couple months prior and after waiting on authorization from the insurance company I was told that the start up cost well over 100 dollars was being charged for setting the machine up the mask and hose(all come standard with the machine). Was then told that my monthly cost would be 55 dollars and some change for 13 months. In that 13 month period I know I would be monitored to make sure I was complaint with use for the insurance who deductible has been met for the year and pays 80 20. Was told that during that 13 month period that the particular CPAP machine would have a warranty and service for a year. The model of machine comes with a standard 2 year warranty. Long story short the machine retails for around 600 dollars online but if I paid their cost I would be paying 200-300 dollars over retail for equipment and a warranty that comes standard for that CPAP company. When i asked what the cost would be if I bought the machine outright the told me 1300 dollars and it would have zero warranty! The best part of it is while trying to decide whether or not to go with them I was told that as soon as January rolls around all the money for the machine would be needed up front after deductible goes back to zero! The insurance company, who was of very little help, passed the buck so to speak to the DME company saying that they do not set the prices, the DME told me that they do not set the prices. If I could give zero stars I would.So, I guess the moral of this story is do not get sick or hurt and if you do stay away from this group. Blame the system all you want but it is not right to do people like this.

There's a reason their rating is so low. AWFUL customer service. Rude to the patient and doctors sending the referrals for supplies. Save yourself the trouble and go with LinCare.

My husband has had a bipap machine from this business since August of 2020. At the time he had private insurance. January 2021 he switched to Medicare. It was months before this business got the switch made. We received many letters and calls from the bipap company requesting the $$$ for the machine. We did pay 3 months payments waiting on this business to get their ducks in a row. But that is not the worst part, he can not get supplies!! Never has he received a new mask. They said you need a new RX. Ok. Dr said that is ridiculous he should get regular supplies but wrote it anyway. With new RX still no new mask! They said they would order and we’d get it in the mail. One month later (actually 1 year and one month) still nothing. ??♀️ 1 star because I went by in August 2021 to complain and they gave me new filters and a hose.

This place is stupid you need a Rx to replace tubing for cpap machine this is only place I've ever encouraged you need Rx for replacement of tube or mask or anything but cpap machine!!!!!!!

Wonderful delivery guy and staff is friendly but this facility does provide the service advertised when one is outside the city. We had to load up and bring the equipment in to avoid additional charges because they only visit our town once a week. This is not good for seriously ill folks.

We had a terrible experience there. My husband needed a new walked so his dr ordered one. His cart was to have a seat, brakes, etc. What they tried to give me was a cheap aluminum fold up one. Finally got the one my Dr ordered after arguing several minutes. Also charged me a copay when I did not owe one. When I asked them to adjust it for his height the man said oh he's about my height it will be okay. I asked for help putting it in the trunk. He could not make it fit but said if I had taken the cheaper one it would have fit in my trunk. We ended up putting it in the back seat. He also said they did not deliver. Never again!!!

They make appointments to deliver oxygen and never show up. When you call they have no paperwork of said appointment. By their attitude its apparent they could care less.

This company is the worst I have ever had to work with as a nurse. They loose paper work often. If your dealing with them its best you hand deliver the paper work and make a copy and have them sign it so you know they receive it. Very sad for they hold people lives in there hand and DONT CARE.

I needed a replacement lid for a humidifier basin on a cpap machine but they insisted I had a current prescription on file to just get a new lid on a machine they sold me a few years ago.
