“Been here a few times, this is the first review, Andrew is amazing call him for anything you need related to your car or truck. Mechanically on the drivetrain or suspension tires oil changes any of that stuff they can handle it. Get in there early and he'll have it done for you that day. He's done flat repairs for us, changed out tires, oil changes, shocks, struts, tie rods, just about everything.
Great guy, call Andrew, tell him Alex Headley sent ya and he will give you a great price.”

“Called Buck Wilson Frame & Body about our food truck doors not being able to be opened and asked if they could get to it soon possibly as needed the food for handout in 25 minutes? They had somebody sent and onsite with the food truck doors open within 5 minutes. Fantastic customer service from the phone call to getting the doors fixed and opened. “I was very hesitant at first taking my Audi to a shop in town because not many people I've came across want to mess with my type of car, but this family owned mechanic shop decided to take on the task! They were able to put in my new transmission, the new cv axels in, check my suspension and even got my new wheels put on for me! They were very informative and patient with me through the whole process! I will say, this is the first time I've had a shop go above and beyond to help me out. They kept me updated through the process and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Another thing I will say for sure is that their prices were very reasonable! “We were coming from Houston TX to Missouri. We broke down in Joplin. The shop supposedly fixed our problem so we headed back to Texas. We got to McAlester and broke down again the hose the shop fixed was not properly fastened it was midnight and nothing was opened so we slept in our car till morning. We walked to every auto parts no one had anything. Sherman's was your last hope. Tommy was not in yet but explained to Kerrie that we were stuck with 3 children she took our name and number. About 20 mins later we got a call that Tommy had something that might work. He came to where we at and got it to work and back on the road. I was amazed after all the no's we got all morning from everyone else finally we got a yes let's see what we can do. I highly recommend Sherman's Import Tek.
